We were under contract 3x in total (a couple of tricky inspections) and while she didn't tell me what decisions to make, she insured I had all of the information to make the decision myself. Five years after the previous review raised the same concerns, it appears little has changed. In fact, after our experience, we refused to submit offers on two other homes solely because this team was the listing agent. Your house will probably sell, but if you care about maintaining any amount of goodwill with buyers and the agents who bring them, I'd think twice before hiring this team.

Then after waiting 4 days with no updates after being told our above ask offer was attractive, we heard nothing and date kept changing for when they were going to make decision. I know this is a seller's market but the seller's agent should take the time to communicate with other agents that have offers in. We never got notification that they had accepted another offer until we hounded Ala again on their decision day. Very unprofessional to not communicate and leave buyers hanging like that. I don't care what kind of market it is, it's common courtesy is all. I'd never list with them!

There was no other realtor involved. We were cash buyers. So they pocketed both sellers and buyers commissions, and we're unwilling to work with us to reduce costs. Carla asked us to drive our earnest money to the attorney's. She was late for the second closing and kept her nose in her phone, then complained about a long drive for her check. She didn't even bother with a closing gift. These realtors are both lazy and greedy.
