When she finally called, they admitted it had never been ordered, offering multiple conflicting excuses. They rushed to get a topper in within days--but it was not what she ordered. Still, they insisted it was correct and pressured her to take it, claiming there wasn't time to get another. That makes no sense, considering how fast the one they claimed to have ordered for her had arrived. It felt like they were just trying to push old inventory on her to get rid of her. The topper was clearly wrong. I called about returning it and was told they would accept it back with a $200 fee, which was upsetting considering the circumstances, but my mom is ill and didn't want to fight them. When I showed up in person to do the return, the owner suddenly changed her story--no return allowed, only an exchange, still with a whopping $200 penalty. This was manipulative and completely unethical. Preying on vulnerable seniors is disgusting. Avoid this place at all costs. *In response to owner: I should not have had to accompany my mother to protect her from being pressured into taking something home that didn't work. She was given two bad options and tried to pick from that because she was told they couldn't get anything else and they refused to do any kind of return (even though it was unused and unworn and had just come in). I now feel that I wasted my money because I relied on her recommendations. What concerns me most is that employees should never pretend to know something they don't. It is completely understandable for an employee to say, "I'm not sure, but let me find someone who can help you." Giving customers misleading information with confidence is unacceptable, especially when it results in them spending a significant amount of money on products that may not meet their needs. This has been one of my favorite beauty supply stores, which is why this experience was particularly frustrating and disappointing. I also strongly encourage you to make sure your staff is properly trained on the products you sell and has a genuine understanding of Black hair, beauty, culture, and the specific needs of the customers you serve. Customers should feel confident that the people assisting them actually understand the products and the communities those products are intended for. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and uses it as an opportunity to improve employee training and customer service. When i said that i requested dreads and not twists she became angry and told me that she had blocked 6 hours of clients for my appt and that twists were exactly the same as dreadlocs. I disagreed and we rescheduled. At second appt she showed me actual dreadloc ext and i was thrilled. About 30 min in i asked for a mirror. When i looked at my right side which she said was "done" there were only 5 dreads. Each ext was coming out of a hexagon with 3" sides ! It looked ridiculous ! I found out that she had only ordered 40 ext even though she told me at consult that the $650 price was due to the fact that my hair was so thick it would require 100. She only ordered 40. I asked her to take them out. She never offered to do it again after ordering more dreads. She never offered to combine the dreads with something else. As i was leaving she said she would issue a refund the next day. The following day i received a zelle payment of $150 ! Both appt fails we through no fault of my own ! Both appt fails were the direct result of her actions. She kept $500 of my payment without even discussing it with ne and now refuses to answer my calls or text messages. Very unprofessional. Borderline criminal actions that cost a single mother of a special needs child $500. I strongly do not recommend.

There is a minimum and maximum on the guest list so do check with your local Lush to see what the number is because each Lush store varies in sizes. The host will pick what you make at the Lush Party. Our party made the Sleepy Bubble Bar. We got to mix all the ingredients up and while it was setting , the Lush team got an activity ready for us. We got to do two activities within the 1 and half hour party. After the bubble car has set a little it does take 48 hours to dry. We everyone got to take a goodie bag home along with the bubble bar that was made. Inside the bag included a bath bomb, scrubs, soap, and shower gel. It was a fun experience, and would totally recommend.
