On one hand you imply I didn't leave a message, on the other you imply I specified what my concerns are and they weren't left in any message. Both lies. Dishonesty is not a good look. Finally, you said this could have been resolved directly. I called you directly and left messages directly. How much more direct could I have been? She was knowledgeable, helpful, and made me feel comfortable from the beginning. The office stayed in contact with me, arranged a very convenient pre-procedure phone appointment, and coordinated my surgery date. When I arrived, everything went seamlessly. Cosmetic procedures are not inexpensive, and this was the most money I have ever spent on myself. I can honestly say it was also the best money I have ever spent. Until you go through a procedure like this, you may not realize how much happens behind the scenes for just one patient. I had an entire team--including Christine, Priscilla, Gabby, and Teresa--and every one of them played an important role. They worked together in complete unison and were professional, caring, and helpful throughout the entire process. I was prepared, positioned, numbed, and carefully guided through each step before Dr. Behr took over and performed the procedure. She was amazing. Although I am only three days into my recovery, I am already very happy with my results. I was also impressed by how fairly the practice treats its patients financially. My consultation fee was only $50, while many practices charge $100 to $150. That immediately told me they were not trying to take advantage of patients from the beginning. I had also seen that some practices charge an additional $100 to $150 for the required post-surgery compression garment. Dr. Behr's office provided mine at no additional charge. That may seem like a small detail, but it meant a great deal to me because it showed that they were not going to nickel-and-dime me throughout the process. The practice also offers several helpful ways to communicate and save money. I joined the Behr Club, which saved me a significant amount on my procedure. They also helped me sign up for Allē--the app with the halo--which allows patients to earn rewards and save money on certain treatments and products at participating providers. Be sure to ask about both programs. Because I live in Sacramento and cannot always drive to Fresno, the Allē program will be especially valuable to me. I had researched and visited practices in Sacramento but never felt completely comfortable with any of them. Before, I used a lash crimper to crimp my lashes with "5 pumps" (which I've now thrown out of my makeup routine) and 2-3 coats of mascara to make my lashes look the same level of curled and "done". She was also quite rude when I said that's really not good business for FedEx as she said, we really don't care about FedEx so I left there and went to a FedEx drop off location in Clovis and was explained what happened and they said please please get a hold of FedEx customer service to let these people know as there's nothing we can do at our point, but they need to hear from you again I would never ever go back to Walgreens as never the same employees very rude. Didn't really want people in their store as there was customers behind me with packages and after seeing what it happened with me, they just turned around and walked out so I would never ever support Walgreens until they get their act together. What a terrible experience stay away.
