I found this place after yelping it and reading the reviews. I took my Camry in for tinting and a new digital stereo. Very happy with my service and the quality, and would recommend. They treated me like a VIP, and I'll be back. Now, addressing some of the 1 star reviews (several left by people who didn't bother to even use Tint World). I sent an email to the company requesting a quote on tinting late at night. Randy called me the next morning around 7:15am which is a little unusual, yes, but my phone is set to Do Not Disturb before 7:30am. I wasn't able to call back and got caught up at work, and in the afternoon, Kyle called me. We spoke about what I had emailed about and then I mentioned I had really wanted to know about options to upgrade my stereo. He helped me build a package that would suit me. Since I was getting tinting and a stereo, Randy was able to work a discount for me. I made an appointment for Saturday at 8am, and I received a reminder call at 7:30am Saturday. I'm 45 minutes away, so I was on the road. Now, if this makes you uncomfortable, this may not be the right fit for you. If you're an adult, and you know what you want, Randy and his staff will help make suggestions for you that you may or may not want. You can comfortably say no...because you're an adult. Let's be real... this type of business has a lot of people looking around, making appointments, no shows, etc. If Randy is able to keep his promises to his paying customers, keep your projects on time, work customers in last minute because he's on the ball with his schedule, and not have your work interrupted with inquiries that are "window shopping," I see nothing wrong with running a tight ship. It's smart business sense. If you don't want a call before a specific time, TELL HIM. Quit whining about it passive aggressively on a review board. Auto service places often start their day at 7am. Ive been here a few times to get an estimate for the tint on my back window and finally got around to taking care of it today. Randy the owner was able to get me in the same morning I called and they did a fantastic job removing my old bubbled up tint and replacing it with a brand new sheet. The owner Randy is a no BS kind of guy which I appreciate, they do a great job and in fact because the removal was not as hard as they anticipated, he charged me less overall. Its been awhile since I have gone to a place that charged less from an original quote but that shows you how honest and trustworthy these guys are. Going to have them detail my ride but have to wait 2 weeks because they are booked solid which should also be a sign of how good they are. I don't know who answers the phone here but he's a pompous ass. I only need three of my car's windows tint replaced and he said, "How do I say this nicely? If I'm going to do half a job, then the rest of your car is going to look like ____." Also it's $300 for only three windows. For that price I'd expect way better customer service. Avoid, avoid, avoid!! I came here for a tint on my car and the owner Randy noticed I was looking at their navigation units. He offered me a "one day special only" and told me if I wanted to get a navi installed he would offer me a good deal. I proceeded to ask if I could think it over and he basically said no. So being the gullible girl and wanting a navigation unit installed, I agreed. He made me pay the full price (red flag) then and there, and scheduled for the install to be done later in the week. The install of the navigation was awful! Had the installation done and had to return 4 different times to fix one thing or another. The unit wasn't installed flush to the dash, they used tape to make the dash kit stick, and none of my steering wheel controls worked anymore. The unit NEVER even work! Called multiple times to tell them about my issues and they basically refused to to install my old radio and refund my money. Had to go somewhere else, pay more money to get my old stuff put back in. Didn't realize they're a franchise and bc of this they're not even required to know anything about radio/navi installation! So moral of the story, do NOT come here and avoid it like the plague. Just had my speakers and sub installed in a brand new honda accord sport. The price was fair and the work was done cleanly and fast. There is a minor issue (not caused by them) that they will take care of without hassle. I did try a couple of other places for estimates and they really tried hard to upsell me on the equipment which would have cost a grand more. I like good sound but I am not trying to win any "sound" contests and this business put me in the right direction. I will definitely give them first chance if and when I need any work done in the future. read more

I took advantage of the $30 GroupOn promotion for the Supreme Detailing Package for my car. I called and immediately got an appointment for the same day. After signing in I was offered a $50 upsell of doing a clay bar treatment by the supervisor, Austin while doing a walk around inspection of my car. I agreed. Some time later, while my car was being serviced the manager, Kyle approached me saying that they would waive the $50 charge for the clay bar treatment since they were not able to get the spores off my car. Austin drove my car around front once my car was finished and quickly went back into the building. I immediately noticed a severe amount paint scraped off on my driver side passenger door. I went in and alerted Kyle who was with another customer at the time so he had Austin come out. When he did he said that he would have Kyle deal with it. Kyle was not sympathetic to my situation. After repeatedly pressing him on whether his employees had done the damage he deflected by continuously saying that the clay bar process could not have caused it. Like any driver, I would have noticed any damage on the driver side immediately as it occurred and there was none before I had it serviced. He then showed the pre-work inspection conducted by Austin that had new marks where the damage was done. After some respectful back and forth I left in frustration. Looking back on the incident it seemed that the there was nervousness from Austin and deception from Kyle. I have attached a picture where any potential customer can judge for themselves before patronizing Tint World. Now it is off to the body shop for me. read more

I used Tint World in early October, 2016 in connection with a Groupon that offered a "Supreme Detail" for $17. This caught my eye because the discount off the normal price of $64.99 was so significant, and because Tint World is located next to where I usually get my car cleaned. I was seen promptly and those checking me in were pleasant. I was told they would need about an hour to do the work. This was perfect: just enough time to stroll across the street for breakfast. I returned after being gone only 30 minutes, and to my great surprise my car was finished! This means they had it in their detail bay for no more than 25 minutes. Let's see ... hand wash and dry + wax + vacuum interior and trunk + clean dash vents and door jambs + dress dash and tires all within 25 minutes? The final result is that while my car definitely was cleaned I CANNOT say - even if I stretched - that it would have been worth $64.99. No way! Never!! Even at the Groupon cost of $15 I feel I received a marginal value. Perhaps detailing is not their thing. In the future I will visit Tint World's neighbor. They will charge me about the same price, will do it faster, and it will look just as good ... all with not needing to make an appointment to use the Groupon. read more

Used my groupon to get what I thought would be a good deal on tint - but the 5 windows on my regular sized car still costs over $150,00. But frankly, I won't ever return or recommend this business. Upon my arrival, the "I'm from New York" excuse for being loud and rude isn't my idea of customer service. My car was to be ready at 1pm, but still wasn't ready @ 2:30. And it was a good thing I stuck around afterwards, My antenna topper and floor mats showed up about 10 minutes after I paid. My fiancé wanted to get tint on his new car, and this place was recommended. Unfortunately, this experience has turned out to be a disaster. About two months after the tint was applied, it began to peel from the driver-side window. We promptly took the car to the establishment (w/our receipt...KEEP your receipt. It serves as your warranty). When we arrived, my fiancé explained the situation. However, the customer service rep (if that's what's you can even call him), insisted he had rolled the window down during the drying period. (Which, absolutely did not happen.) After an extended back-and-forth, the gentleman finally agreed to fix the tint. We brought the car back the next day, and after the job was complete, we asked about getting a darker tint on the car. The guy was obviously annoyed and gave us a sheet w/acceptable tint percentages on it. He then went on to make a ridiculously rude statement saying that "We can't put darker tint on the car, that's the law. You know, the police don't want to walk up to your car and have a gun pointed at their faces." Ummm...WTF?! I definitely do NOT recommend this establishment. And if you do decide to use them, please keep your receipt. It's your only protection against their shoddy service. read more

These guys are the real deal. Randy, Brandon and Kyle know their stuff, were accommodating and made it happen. Brandon masters complex stereo installation. He tore practically the whole interior of the car apart and had it back together in 4 hours. I went in with crap and drove out with premium sound that gives my girlfriend chills. This is now the highest quality sound system I own. Oh yea - they also tinted my rear window in my truck. That was also impressive (looks great), but the sound system? 120dB @ about volume 22.
