WORST PLACE EVER! These people call themselves professional and im telling u they are farrrr from that. I went a year ago and got a radio and tints, my fuze kept blowing so i went in like 3 times to fix the problem and them not knowing how to i just got a different radio which was more expensive. The guys working on my car complained and didnt want to do shit yet the guy in the front who got fired for doing his job since the workers didnt want to kept telling them to find the problem. This guy was wrongfully fired in my face for trying to get them to fix my car. Because i saw this go down i told them forget the reverse camera and they said please come back another day and we will do it for $150. I go back and they try me saying $250, how can they try me like that, the camera alone is only $30 do i look stupid! Do NOT GO TO THIS TINT WORLD ON 163rd. To the owner of the tint world on 163rd all your workers are UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, AND LAZY! I wouldn't even recommend it to my WORSE ENEMY! read more

Very poor quality radio installation I had to go there 8 times and my am radio and back up camera still don't work. Walmart and Best Buy are 1/3 cheaper. The ruined the paint around my headlights peeled off with tape when they heated the tint) denied causing damage not reputable this review will remain until I'm fully reimbursed for the paint job thru there insurance, and they take back the radio they did not know how to install whic was 200 dollars more than wall mart and Best Buy. Owner not responsible!!. My only cause of action because owner blocked me from contacting him is to reverse all charges and now file a law suit. The quality of work at this shop is horrible. That's y you can always get an appointment. Purchased my car from Carmax will post receipt another lie by a liar. Also Danny does not own Timt world it is a franchise business using the tint world name rather than Danny the Liars name. I post pics of the damage to my car and of my phone conversation whereby Danny Braged about his wife being a lawyer so I told him to have her fix my radio and do the tinting. As that Racist? My insurance company will evaluate the claim to repaint my bumper and hood then go after Danny the Liar. Click on my pictures of my car and Our conversations. The front lumber and hood which they peeled the paint is oem paint the rear bumper is aftermarket, being white and having garbage work done on your vehicle is not the definition of a racist. I filed a Claim with Allstate there adjuster a professional will evaluate the problem. I will post the report since the owner and manager did not man up. And report this matter to Tint World which Danny does not own. It's a franchise which can be purchased. Also the film the put on was pitch black they mislead me as to the reduced vision the black tint on my head lights was totally illegal and should not have ever been installed. As not only is it dangerous but required more heat to get on the lense. read more

Every time I went to get tints done here it was always busy. I went in one day and Dave said he couldn't take care of me today (Saturday) but told me he would take care of me the next day (Sunday) at 8:30am. I went in the next day at 8:30am and no one was there. The shop was still closed. I waited an hour before I left. There was someone else who was also waiting and Dave had told me to be there at 9am. I left at 9:30 and came back at 10:30 just to see if they were open. I walked into the office and Dave says what's up and starts joking around with his employees and ignores me. I said excuse me and told him he had told me to get there at 8:30 so he could tint my car. The guy said he left work late at 8am the night before and was tired. Not once did he apologize for being late. There's more but I'll just leave it at that. The customer service is horrible and they obviously don't care about your time. I decided to take my business elsewhere. I prefer to do business with people who value my time and would treat me the same way I would treat them. read more

Amazing service! I came in for a "loose wire" and it turned out to be a major production. They did not charge me extra (although I voluntarily and enthusiastically tipped) explained everything very nicely, resolved the problem in a quick and efficient manner all the while being very hospitable with me and even bringing out water for my puppy. I dealt primarily with David but everyone I came into contact with was great. I will go back there for all of my auto audio needs. I cant recommend these guys highly enough! read more

Unprofessional service is the only way to describe this so called "business establishment" My husband called a few days prior to the weekend to make an appointment for tinting his windshield. Booked an 8:30 appointment on a Saturday. So one would presume you are one of the first jobs of the day. Think again. The manager told him he wasn't in the appointment book. Oh, and also "I always have cars, I always have business" And????? Like we owe him for showing up to PAY HIM to do a 40 minute job. Real humble I see. What followed was 50 minutes of pointless waiting around for the guy to even show up. PS the hours state they open at 8, but apparently no one starts working until 9. Okay, so why be open, why take appointments??? After the guy finally showed up fifty minutes later, they started arguing and going back and forth with each other as if that would help. Needless to say we left, tint shops are a dime a dozen and trust me, handing over your investment to people with this level of service is not worth the aggravation on your day off. read more

I got my tints done on my 2015 mustang today by tint world and it's nice to get work on my car done by car guys. The place is great, clean and fast. Total time to tint my car was about 45min, but while watching TV with the remote in hand and free WiFi time flew. The amount of things these guys offer other than tints is great.
