The pork bone broth was underwhelming and my noodles were undercooked. I decided to take a chance and bit into the block of noodle but realized quickly that was a bad idea. When the server asked me if the meal was okay I pointed to the block of undercooked noodles and she just smiled and nodded. I blame the language barrier. Would probably skip this place next time. I was able to try the following dishes: -- salmon sashimi and sushi roll: the salmon pieces here were DELICIOUS! I highly recommend getting raw fish. The pieces were thick and fresh. -- agedashi tofu: flavors were good but I wish they used a silkier tofu -- kimchi: apparently Ichisou gets a lot of Korean customers as well, the kimchi is very good and just the right amount of spice and crunch -- vegetable and shrimp tempura: great! Could be crispier -- ebifurai (fried prawn): I liked this better than the shrimp tempura but I thought this could also be more crispy -- chicken karaage (fried chicken): this was the only item I did not like.
