First of all when I called to inquire about price and such I was directed by staff to please stop in to see Derek so he could see the car and give the best advise possible about level of tint, exact pricing etc. When I arrived at the shop I found Derek on his hands and knees detailing a car, this guy cares so much about how well the job gets done, he actually gets his hands dirty and chips in himself. He told me he'd be doing my job himself and I immediately felt completely at ease. I was over the moon pleased with the job he did on the tint and it is clear to me that this guy cares about what people think of the job he does. When I called after 4 weeks I was told it was being painted right then and should be ready in a couple of days. My husband went in to check a few days later and the bumper hadn't even been replaced.
