I've been coming to this laundromat for over 6 months with no issues, but today really changed how I feel about this place. I usually bring my own 7th Generation detergent, which is very concentrated and works great. But I was in a rush and didn't have time to stop at Target, so I decided to buy detergent here. Big mistake. I used it like I always do--poured it in when the water started--but there were no bubbles at all. It looked like plain water. I asked the lady working here, and instead of helping, she blamed my gym clothes and underwear for being "too dirty." What?? I've never had that issue with my own detergent. She told me to keep adding more like it was my fault and didn't even offer to replace it or check if the detergent was bad. This felt like a scam. I won't be buying detergent from here again, and honestly, I'm now questioning if I should keep coming here at all. Very disappointing. read more

The little short lady with short hair, she's rude, disrespectful, either hates it at home or her job.I believe she is the manager, and she charges more for certain items when the price is different on the box. Not a great way to be a successful business owner, hire nice, positive people, and your business will grow, will improve. Hope you look into it. Back again to give this place another 2 stars. They have barely made any improvements in 1 years time. The sign outside still advertises that they sell hot meals like chicken... the "kitchen" hasn't been open in the 3 years I've had to use this laundromat. They should change the sign. But also, the dryers are still terrible quality and don't dry your items without shrinking them. And I've seen cockroaches twice in the last 2 months. read more

I do not recommend this laundromat if you have small kids. Every time I have gone here (6-7 visits) I ALWAYS receive comments from the women working about my son. He runs to the machines and sits to wait for me while I load laundry, and then I put money in the machines for him to ride. Without fail, I have received rude comments from the women every visit. The machines are overpriced and the dryers do not dry your clothes unless you put in at least $1.25 per dryer. 25cents only gets you 8 minutes. I drive 7 miles out of my way to avoid going to this place, and if I were you, I would avoid it too. read more

The older woman that works night with the Glasses is extremely rude. She had an attitude when all I was doing was letting her know about a machine that wasn't working. She made it as if I didn't know how to use the machine and said I should have found her first before moving my clothes into another dryer as if my time revolves around her. She wasn't even present at the moment I was looking around for help, then she just tells me "here you can have 50 cents I found it's close enough" like I was begging for it. I never even asked for money back I just let her know the dryer wasn't working. this particular tiny bubbles coin laundry is actually quite LARGE and extremely tidy... I have been using this laundry mat for some years now and have watched the staff change, however they always are very helpful and efficient with their duties. I am always impressed with the way they service clean each washer after every use. It makes me feel confident that my clothes are coming out fresh and clean. The staff are always very polite, and don't seem to get in my way however I have felt like I get in their way sometimes especially with all my dryer sheets landing on the floor after using their dryers. LOL!! sorry.. They are also very patient when I get a late start, which is unusual at a laundry mat and my business has never been turned down due to arriving closer to the closing time. I've been here quite a few times now, and something that stands out is that the facility is always clean. Furthermore, staff can always be seen sweeping, wiping, and maintaining that standard. The restaurant inside has been closed for as long as I've been a customer, but if you're peckish, there is a snack vending machine, a soda machine, and additional drinks can be bought at the counter where full size laundry items are sold. There's a vending machine with single load laundry soaps and such, but the counter is a better value. Laundry drop off is available, but I've never used the service. All of the machines are cash only, so go to the ATM first if you were hoping to use a card. There are machines that will break up larger bills in addition to change machines, so you won't be stuck with $20 in quarters if you don't want it. There is ample parking, though you may not always get a spot right in front. Prices are reasonable, and there are a nice amount of each size machine. They also have plenty of carts - I've never had to wait for one. All in all, this is a good laundromat - perhaps even good enough to come to if you're not right in the neighborhood. I have called this place several times in the last two weeks after a horrible experience with them. I dropped off almost 80 dollars worth of clothing and bedding to be washed with my detergent. They used their own powder wash, dryer sheets, and my detergent. Because of this I now have hives covering my entire body. They refuse to give me a refund and say it was "my fault". I left my detergent to be used. They didn't tell me other stuff would be used so how could I object without being informed? Terrible service and an awful way to run a business when your customer is not only displeased but sick from your poorly made decision. A call would have been nice on their behalf to clarify. read more

But I am here to tell you that this place is the real deal! I was as shocked while eating here as you probably are reading this review, but believe me, Tiny Bubbles is a real good spot! Tiny Bubbles is located down the street from where I work, so when we saw that the building was being renovated into a laundromat, we didn't pay it too much attention..but when we saw the sign about it serving food...we took notice! Unfortunately there aren't too many places in that area that serve good food, so any option that comes along will perk everyone's interest. The laundry portion of the establishment opened up first, and then finally about a week ago, the grill opened up. I didn't have high hopes at first, and when I saw the menu those hopes went down even further. The menu covers everything: Mexican food, Chinese food, Pizza, Fried Chicken, etc. It's not possible that they would be able to make all of these at a high rate of quality. Tiny Bubbles proved me wrong. The food window is located at the back of the establishment along with a few tables. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I ordered the shrimp fried rice, and my coworkers ordered the fish and chips, and some soft chicken tacos. They give you a pound of rice, and it's done well! The shrimp are plentiful and fresh, the veggies in the rice are bright and tasty...it really is the best fried rice that you can get in East Fort Worth! Everyone else was happy with their food too. The chef even came out from the back and asked us how everything was...I was pleasantly surprised! Tiny Bubbles (as the name implies) is also a laundromat. I haven't washed clothes here, but all of the machines look brand new, and the walls are littered with wide screen televisions. New equipment, televisions, a great restaurant...what more could you want when you come to wash your clothes? Seems like a great spot to do it! I am definitely going to be coming here a lot! Tiny Bubbles is a great addition to a neighborhood with limited options. Hopefully I'll be able to bump it up a star or two the more times I come and visit! read more

This is one of my favorite Laundry Mats to do laundry..but today I experienced something that was very costly to the customer. I paid $4.32 for a product in the laundry that clearly was priced as a mark down on Feb.14, 2018 for $1.38.,. I spoke to the Manager about it and her comment to me was why didn't I say something in the beginning. I explained to her that I didn't see it because it was on the opposite side of the box... however it clearly is giving me a huge discount so why would I not say something to pay a higher price Wasn't happy but this is how we're treated as consurmers on a daily basis. Being robbed while we're looking. Be Aware watch the prices because all she told me was there was nothing that was going to be done about it .,.. 5755 Brentwood Stair Rd...Not going back...not so much because of the Laundry Mat..Love this place..it's always nice and clean. Okay laundromat. Began doing my laundry here for a month now. Usually pleasant experience, where I can get in and out. The older woman is quite quick and helpful whereas some of the younger women are quite rude and sluggish. Only speaking of my last experience here where I took my clothing to dryers and women who were mopping made it quite obvious that they were angry at me for taking so long. They were both mopping and stopped what they were doing to glare at me. I ultimately left with half dry clothes because they were making me uncomfortable. I am fifty years old and travel all over the United States for work. I have NEVER seen a coin operated laundry that was this clean, well kept, and actually peaceful! The floor is spotless, employees are actively cleaning the machines to include having EVERY machine wiped out between users and polished!! Flat screens on the wall, fans keeping the place cool, and stocked vending machines. There are security cameras and video monitors watching everything, and finally the men's restroom was spotless.
