Visited this location to get some laundry done. Started around 8:30A-9 AM on a Sunday morning. It was pretty quiet, with just a few patrons. The facility looks pretty clean. What I did like is seeing the staff clean the washers in between washes. Staff was really nice. I was there for a few hours so it started to get a little bit busier going into 11 AM hour. If I needed to do laundry again, I would definitely patronize this location. read more

I went here needing to spend the bear minimum. They required a "laundry card" I went to a machine get a card and load money, hit "custom", turns out the minimum is $10. HATE unethical systems/ schemes. Especially ones that require more upfront money than required. Don't come here unless you're ready to spend at least that for a "laundry card!" read more

Wow. What a place to do laundry. Picnic tables. Seats. Child area. Games. Massage chairs. Lots of folding tables. Vending machines. water fountains. Clean bathrooms. This is the place. I used the super dupper large washing machine for a lot of towels. And it costed $9 unless you add extra spin or extra wash. Then it's more. There is a drop off area for them to do your laundry. There are more than enough washers and dryers. Amazing accommodations. I wish the entry doors were automatic when your hands are full and other people don't know what they are doing it would make going in and out full handed easier. It's really clean. Some people can be not nice. Oh well. Can't control that aspect. I see a lady struggling to come In Right now with the cart. Got help. This is the nicest and cleanest laundry center I have ever been to. Super friendly staff (always here), always stocked with supplies (if you forget)... Absolutely amazed at the cleanliness of this place! While here, one of the employees was hand washing the walls near the water fountains and cleaned both restrooms (even though the womens was already clean). If I could give a negative star I would. I came in to use the laundry machines and one of the machines I paid ($4.25) to use didn't even wash my clothes it just got them damp, I asked the staff member on site what the issue was and if I could have a refund considering my clothes were not washed - they still smell mildewed (we were at the river this past weekend) so I know that the machine did not work. We even placed double the Tide w/ Febreze as well as the Gain Scent Boosters. They smelled horrible. The employee wasn't sure what to do so I asked to speak to a manager in which she handed me a card with his number on it so I called. The gentleman on the phone then proceeded to insinuate that I was a liar that his machines couldn't be broken and that he "would have to review the cameras" as to see if I was lying or not. Now I realize that this is only for the amount of $4.25 but if Taylor Swift has taught me anything it's about principal, the man was rude and disrespectful and I'm a paying customer who came to use his FAULTY machinery. I do not appreciate being called a liar or being accused of theft when all I wanted was a refund for not receiving the service that I paid for. DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY!!! Very clean place. We took our bedspreads and comforters to wash. The machines are pretty easy to use. BEWARE of the dryer and the coin slot! I basically gave someone a free load because I messed up and did not pay attention to the arrows on the machine telling me which coin slot belongs to which dryer. I could've taken the time to tell the manager, but didn't want to mess with it. We were in and out of there quick! read more

Very poor management! I come here every week or two to wash my laundry since I moved here 6 months ago. I just came today and put my stuff in the washer and when I took it out 6 of my shirt were completely SHREDDED!! They proceeded to tell me it's not their responsibility (I don't know if they thought I was uneducated bc I'm multiracial) but I know better. I'm in law school and I definiknow the owner is responsible for any faulty equipment and this fire the damage as well!! I will be making a complaint to better business bureau and to any angency that needs to hear about this. I didn't even want any money or anything just them to admit their mistake. Best laundromat I've ever been to! I've been frequenting laundromats the past 2 years and I've visited quite a few in the Fort Worth and Watauga area. This one is by far the best. Pros Very clean and tidy. The staff is in there cleaning the machines and floors every few hours so it stays clean. There are a LOT of machines here. They have a nice variety of machine sizes as well. It has a spacious floor plan so everyone has their own space and you don't feel like you're on top of everyone else trying to deal with your clothes. Lots of counter space to fold clothes. Friendly staff willing to help if something goes wrong. I generally felt very safe, no sketchy people hanging around. They have a LOT of laundry carts which is amazing! Most laundromats have a very limited supply of carts so people are always saving them and then when it's time to transfer clothes to the dryer or fold your clothes there are no carts to be found. Not so at this laundromat! I never was without a cart here. Cons Can get a little loud during peak hours (ex. Saturday afternoon) as there are sometimes a lot of children running around. Not a deal breaker though, stuff like that really can't be avoided. Just make sure to go early in the day if you can. That's about it, really. This is place is great! Happy wash day! read more

I had to come here when my dryer at home went out. I was impressed how nice and clean this place is. It even has massage chairs! The large dryers are wonderful and dry heavy loads fast! I will definitely be back. This place also offers laundry services includes wash, dry, fold for $1 per pound which is very convenient.
