Our son was at HeadsUp for about a year, starting when he was around one. We had a great experience…read more-- the teachers are caring, patient, and very attentive. The class had an amazing teacher-to-student ratio (about 1:2), which made us feel really comfortable. He learned so many practical things there, like using spoons and forks, cleaning up toys, and other everyday skills. The school also hosts fun monthly events that our family really enjoyed. We moved to another daycare when he turned two so he could learn Chinese, but we still have a lot of appreciation for HeadsUp. They even keep inviting us to their events, which shows how much they care. We truly feel the teachers liked our son and treated him so well. Highly recommend!

Our oldest has been attending for 3.5 years - since the infant/toddler class. He's grown from being…read morea super shy covid baby to now being a confident leader in the preschool class. He's excited every month to see how Teacher Tarcito will change the jobs and themes around the classroom. The preschool (especially Rona!) does a fantastic job with adding in visits from firefighters and police, pumpkin decorating contests, special celebrations like "international alpaca day", etc. He comes home with so much to share about his day every day and we're regularly surprised by random fun facts and science or history tidbits that he brings up that he learned from Teacher Tarcito. We love that the small size of the program means lots of personalized attention and back when he was super shy meant that school wasn't overwhelming. HeadsUp is a very special place. Our youngest has been at Headsup for about 3 months now, in the infant toddler room. And with teacher turnover the way it is at most daycare centers, how special that our youngest gets to have two of the same teachers that his big brother had! We know he's well taken care of and loved. He'll bang on the front door in the morning if we're taking too long to leave because he wants to get to school!

My daughter has been going for almost a year and a half and loves it. If you're looking more for…read moreschool vs a day care I highly recommend it. There is lesson time but also individual learning stations that help the kids learn independent play. When my daughter first started she knew the alphabet and numbers within the first few weeks. Every summer they do 2 weeks of summer camp with fun activities planned for the kids, pumpkin patch in fall and a holiday party. It is clean, smaller which gives more individual attention to the kids which is we're looking for. Ms. Adriana is wonderful with the kids knowing each one of them individually. Ms. Katie the owner is great as well often stepping in with teaching, responsive, and present. We are hoping to send our second child there when he gets old enough.

The owners(Ms Katie) administrative behavior is deeply erratic and cruel. Our daughter attended…read morethis school for 1.5 years. Following a simple, question regarding a late fee and a request to turn off AutoPay, she completely flew off the handle. Rather than engaging in a professional conversation, she chose to abruptly expel our 4-year-old daughter on the spot(even though my daughter was expected to graduate in just 2 months) and left our conversation. She later sent an email giving us 2 weeks of transition time. Me and my wife went in person after receiving the email to request re-consideration to avoid disrupting our daughter's routine and said we will agree with whatever terms Ms. Katie wants us to follow. She treated us like we're not even worth a conversation. Because of her toxic behavior, we decided to end it right the same day. Because of the owner's inability to manage a basic business conversation, our innocent daughter is now forced to miss her pre-K graduation party on June 13th, for which she had spent weeks proudly practicing her songs and dances. The teacher churn was extreme. My daughter had 5 different main teachers in the last 1.5 year (Ms. Su, Ms. Ar, Ms. Ad, Ms Sh, and now Ms. Ju). The school was run like a mess after the talented Director Ms. Ar was fired for no reason. Ms. Sh had 40 years of experience in the field and she was fired after 3 months due to internal politics. We decided to unenroll our daughter twice, first time Ms. Sh requested dearly to continue but she was fired after a month. We decided to unenroll again after Ms. Sh was fired but Ms. Katie requested so much to keep us enrolled and promised direct care and attention to our daughter. After all this, she's the one to terminate our enrollment over a minor conversation. As parents, we trust schools to care for our children's emotional well-being. To abruptly expel a child and strip them of their graduation milestone over a minor administrative disagreement with a parent is unacceptable. If you look for stability, emotional maturity, and a safe environment for your child, please look elsewhere.

Each morning begins with cheerful greetings and ends with happy stories -- it's clear how much effort and heart go into everything they do. What truly sets this daycare apart is the variety and quality of activities. From creative art and dance to public speaking sessions for even 2-year-olds -- they're teaching confidence, curiosity, and expression in such a fun, age-appropriate way. None of the other daycares we looked at offered so much hands-on learning and engagement. The Director - Ms. Lakshmi deserves special appreciation for building such an amazing environment -- well-organized, nurturing, and full of thoughtful programs that make learning joyful. We've seen our child grow in ways we couldn't have imagined -- more confident, social, and eager to learn every day. Truly the best start we could have hoped for. Highly recommend this daycare to any parent looking for a place filled with love, creativity, and purpose.
