Leaving a newborn with someone else is never easy, whether you are a first time parents or not. Jeanette took her time in her busy day to send us pictures and videos of our daughters and let us know how they were doing. If things were a bit hectic during the day she made sure to update us via text or in person during pick up. My girls learned so much at Balsz Family Daycare. Jeanette incorporated learning time in activities such as role playing, singing, reading, arts and crafts and games to name a few. If she noticed something that my daughters needed to improve, she worked with them, told us what exactly she was doing to help them and encouraged us to do the same at home. Jeanette was always open to our suggestions and requests as well. Jeanette prepared healthy homemade meals and snacks (breakfast, mid-morning snacks, lunch and afternoon snacks) daily so we never had to worry about packing food (except bottles and baby food when they were super little). This was a huge plus for us. Our girls were always very happy to see Jeanette and Melina (meeting Melina at Balsz Family Daycare was another huge blessing to us) in the morning when we dropped them off. It truly was their second home. We made the decision to transition our girls to a full time Japanese speaking preschool when they turned 2 to improve their Japanese language skills, but if this school was not an option for us, we would have definitely stayed with Balsz Family Daycare. We are very thankful for everything they have done for our family. Highly recommend!

My son said TK and Kindergarten was so easy and it's because all because of Tiny Meadows Daycare. Now, both of our kids "graduated" from Tiny Meadows to the local elementary. By the time they started TK, they knew how to write their names, numbers, and basic sight words. We love the in-home environment for our kids, since it feels like an extended family, and how the younger kids learn quickly from older kids, like going potty. We appreciated that Gaby potty-trained both kids by 18-mo, and we just had to reinforce it at home. And Gaby provided breakfast, lunch, and snacks, which was a huge benefit. He spent over a year here, and it was one of the best decisions we've ever made as parents. He was genuinely happy every single day. In fact, he often didn't want to go home because he loved being here so much. As parents, there is nothing more reassuring than knowing your child feels safe, loved, and excited to go to daycare every morning. Shama is an incredibly loving and caring. You can truly feel how much she loves the children and treats them like family. She created such a warm, nurturing environment where our son thrived. Baby Bubbles specifically offers infant care, so only a small group of babies/children will be enrolled at any given time. The ratio of caregiver to child is often 1:1, with each child receiving lots of love & care tailored to their specific needs. Our daughter had to go through the helmet process (IYKYK!) and everyone at BBIC was more than willing to work with us through the process. Our daughter definitely developed some really special bonds while here and was quite attached to everyone who cares for her at BBIC. She arrived every morning excited to be greeted at the front door, and couldn't wait to jump in with her playmates. She even cried at times when I would arrive to pick her up at the end of the day! By the time she "graduated" at two years old, she had learned all the basic sign language, could sing her ABCs and could even count to 10 in both English, and Spanish! I live very close and so sometimes I would drive past as they were walking, or at the park. They have the babies in a wagon strapped in, and the walking toddler "big kids" help push. I love that they got such great exercise. The owner's husband is their "coach" and always brings fun toys (big trucks, remote controlled cars/planes, etc, soccer balls) for them to play with. They teach and the kids learn independence early on. Like dressing/undressing themselves, putting away toys, etc. I could go on and on, the daily pictures, the little stories they would tell about funny things my son did or said, it all adds up to them actually loving your child, which is priceless.
