Used this firm for a real estate closing. We were not local, so I was expecting better…read morecommunication on how the distance closing process would work. They even list a separate fee for "emails and phone calls". However, I guess this fee was for them to talk to someone else. I had to repeatedly reach out to them to find out what was going on. There was an extended delay in returning calls or email, especially right at the end when everything has to come together. When the final paper work was delivered at 10:30 the business day before closing, I found a mistake in the documents which had to be corrected. Fortunately my lender and real estate agent were able to provide some advanced information so I was prepared when the Title Attorney dropped the paperwork on me basically at the last minute. Maybe they are better when you deal with them in person, but I would not recommend the for a distance closing
