I give them 4 stars instead of 5 because the wait was long--we waited 20 minutes after out appointment time--and then again we waited at the end for the dentist. Overall, we were there an hour although the actual cleaning took about 10 minutes and the dentist check out another 10 minutes. Other than the wait, the people are great and the little one likes going there. it is very kid friendly and makes them feel comfortable.

The staff here are obviously experts at working with young children. Our exam room, not just the waiting room, had lots of toys for him to play with while we waited (see photo) and he got to sit in my lap during the exam which helped him feel more comfortable. The staff was so calm and patient with him and they were so kid-friendly. I was shocked, but he let them clean and check his teeth! After his exam, Dr. Marr even sat and talked with me for at least 20-30 minutes. She answered all my questions, gave great advice, and was really supportive. So much so that each time I would try a new office we were told she was untreatable without the use of sedation for a mere cleaning. As a result her dental health suffered because we were not able to get her comfortable with seeing the dentist & did not have the means or resources to pursue the extreme measures we were told were needed to get her the proper care she needed. After many years of emotional and mental angst for both me & my daughter we landed in the care of Dr. Dragan. My daughter was immediately open minded in their care. She allowed them to perform X-rays & sat through her exams & cleaning with no complaints, & it was not just the absence of complaints, it was a "I can't wait to go back there" once we got in the car. This statement from a child who refused to even open her mouth for every previous doctor. The weight that has been lifted off both she & I is immeasurable. I feel like we both can breath after so many years of grief around the subject. The dentists arrived and asked stage ladies to help since there was more of us waiting. They checked us in and waited a little longer. I love how the dentist is very informative and will let you know specifically what we as parents need to do to assist I'm the well being of our children's teeth. If you have little ones come check them out by appointment only and it was very easy to social distance since they do not schedule to many people at a time.
