But when I heard that he needs some filling I just wanted to take him to a pediatric dentist and get another opinion and if needed to be taken care off at this office as well. The staff was very nice and friendly from scheduling to helping me out filling out each form. Dr Kwon is amazing with children. I have three boys and this is not the first time I am taking one of my child to a dentist. But I have never met a dentist who is patient and also great in explaining each procedure to the children. She even showed a little YouTube clip to my 6 year to ease some fears he might have before sealing some of the molars. And of course she explained everything in detail to me and checked in if I have any questions. After everything was done. The decision to move my little ones to her was easy. Even though we love our family dentist. I feel Dr Kwon will take great care of my children's dental health and I value her professional opinion and appreciate the great care she provided to our son today. 5 stars all the way!

Dr. Pishbin, the dental assistant, and the hygienist were all really gentle while working with my daughter, they explained everything to her so she would know exactly what was going to happen. I explained her situation to them, so they made sure to be extra patient with her and did everything possible to make her feel safe and comfortable. They let me go into the room with her while they were filling a couple of cavities, and being able to have me there with her helped her to be a lot less scared. The whole vibe here was just way less stressful and it means a lot to me how kind they were from start to finish and treated my daughter with tender loving care. Front desk was great too, we were waiting less than 5 minutes after we checked in, but I love that there's a little movie theater in the waiting room for the kids to hang out in while they wait to be called back. 100% I would recommend this office, in fact I actually have recommended it to a few friends already.

He and his two sons went here. I was impressed with a beautiful office space. The hygienist did a great job. Unfortunately, I was suffering from some swelling and sensitivity in one of my back teeth. The gentleman dentist, I can never remember his name, developed an extensive plan, which involved getting one tooth pulled, two crowns, a filling AND an implant. Obviously, I went to get a second opinion. Come to find out that the dentist (Janet Mason's) had not only diagnosed the wrong tooth (it definitely didn't need to be pulled, nor did it need an implant) and the new dentist gave me antibiotics for the tooth that WAS actually infected... the other teeth were, get this, FINE. I went back one more time to have my teeth cleaned which comes with an exam/check up. (What can I say, it's in network and it was close. And I knew if they gave me a big price tag again I would just go for a second opinion!) This was out of convenience as the other dentist is quite a drive. As I said, I liked the hygienist a lot at mason's) Unfortunately I had to see the gentleman again, who talked me into getting a crown that same day. (my insurance was ending in about six days.) When I returned to get the crown seated, it was a fluorescent white. It stood out like a sore thumb. I had him redo it in a more natural color that blended with my teeth (??) When I returned to finally get the crown, the guy was rushing around so much and in such a hurry to get my crown placed things that he ended up gluing the crown in the wrong place (angle!!) --as a result when he ground down the crown, in his big rush, he left an extremely sharp outer edge. Soooo, I had to return again-- again taking more time off from work mind you. Also, on the inside of the crown, near my tongue (?!), there is an overhang. The crown -- because it was placed lopsided and cemented in there was a gap. Again, he didn't place the crown in the right place when he seated it. Fast forward, I went back and insisted on seeing " Janet Mason" . She kept trying to convince me this rotten crown was wonderful. Kept saying it was definitely (seated). My thinking is how could you tell with an overlap like that ( since then I get food trapped in there I'm disgusted :((( ) She /her office staff tried to make it difficult/impossible for me to reschedule saying that she couldn't do it after 1 o'clock. On "any day" mind you. I didn't want to see the dentist who had originally done the crown, of course.. This left me in a predicament as I was now going to have to take 'another' day off of work--just to have them fix "their mistake". I will be filing a grievance in as many places as possible. This is ridiculous that now I have to pay for a new crown at another dentist.

She got through a tooth extraction with just laughing gas...something we were considering full sedation for. Dr bhaumik had a clear understanding of what was happening to her teeth and used a risk based approach in treating her, minimizing cost and unnecessary trauma to my daughter. Called this office and got an appointment set up for my kiddo and provided insurance so all we had to do was show up. Got 2 separate calls to confirm my appointment, perfect. Took my son out of school for the day for our appointment (10am) and received a call at 9:20am stating the provider we "selected" (I did not.) does not take our insurance and will be a $420 copay. Obviously not doing that. I asked who there does take our insurance because I found their website from the insurance provider website specifically.... I was told one doctor did but they're out of town for a week and would only have an appointment weeks after my originally scheduled appointment. How was my appointment set for weeks and I get a call 40 minutes before my appointment that some randomly office selected doctors in that office doesn't take my insurance. Poor communication. I called to reschedule the appointment the office selected and was told there's not another appointment for 3.5 weeks. Beyond frustrated and have decided to cancel the appointment and find a new dentist.
