There are endless toys, books, crafts, and activities that spark creativity, along with a spacious backyard where the kids can run, explore, play, and enjoy the garden. Knowing my son is in a safe environment gives me incredible peace of mind. Every family caregiver is certified in child CPR, and Becky continually invests in additional training and certifications because providing exceptional care truly matters to her. She also provides breakfast, lunch, and snacks, communicates consistently, gives plenty of notice for planned closures, and has always been dependable and accommodating whenever possible. As a busy working parent, those things make such a difference. We were able to secure spots for both of the little ones; it has been great! It's so good to know my two children get the care and attention they need while getting to spend the day together as well. I can tell my now toddler has been able to learn from being with a range of ages in many areas including speech and friendship. Lil' Feet is consistent with their policies. If I ever need to brush up on a policy or have questions, I can refer to the policy we signed during the enrollment and it's very clear. My last move (575463) occurred on March 16th and the crew was terrific. We packed the van in Northern VA in the morning and got everything into my new home near Harrisonburg in the early afternoon, all while dodging raindrops and winds. The price for the move was reasonable and they even sent me a small refund of the prepaid estimate.

Unfortunately, the packing and moving experience was the worst I've ever had. This was my fifth international move, and I have never experienced anything like this. It seemed as though the movers simply threw items into boxes with little or no care. Nearly every other box contained something broken. Many items were bent out of shape, damaged beyond repair, or carelessly packed. I've had to throw away far more than I ever expected. International moves require experience and attention to detail, and that was completely lacking here. Cathy provided excellent customer service, but the movers did an extremely poor job. I cannot recommend Able Moving based on my experience.

I am extremely frustrated with the service--or complete lack thereof--provided today…read more During the initial pass, an American Disposal Service worker walked right past my trash bin while the truck was maneuvering. Because the truck was temporarily out of range, he simply left the trash sitting there. Moments later, the truck backed down the street and completely ignored my bin on its second pass. I contacted customer service twice regarding this oversight. Both times, I was explicitly assured that the driver was circling back to correct the mistake and empty the bin. It is now past 7:00 PM, and my full trash bin is still sitting out on the street. Missing a pickup due to a maneuvering issue is one thing, but being ignored on a second pass and then repeatedly misinformed by customer service is completely unacceptable. I expect the service I pay for to be completed reliably.
