Ever since they switched to Friday pickups only in September 2022, service has been impeccable. 100% pick up rate.

Francesca was great -responsive, straightforward, okay with some back and forth to get to a good time and to get the payment done afterwards. We lived in one of the largest apartments in our area with two bedrooms and a loft. The space was on the fourth floor with no elevator. We tried to empty out as much as we could to quickly realize we needed the help of professionals. In just two sessions, Carlos and his team were able to COMPLETELY clean out our residence. This included everything in all cabinets in a very stocked kitchen and two bathrooms, three King sized beds, three very large mounted TVs along with their mounting, five couches and all screws and wall hangings. I was in utter disbelief when I went to do a final sweep since there was literally nothing for me to sweep. Not to mention the cost for the service was VERY competitive. I am truly grateful to the team and i will be recommending them to everyone I possibly can.

The guy who picked up my fridge came alone and hauled it out with just his body, completely damaging my floors. I noticed after he left. I texted him and as a "sorry" he offered my money back. That money does not even cover half of the repair. I have been calling non-stop with no reply. The absolute worst. I would never recommend them and will never again use them for future work. **UPDATED RESPONSE** Although I am not surprised at your response, I am deeply disappointed and perplexed. Maybe it was the generic tone of the quoted/ polished response you use for all negative reviews that you offered me as a solution. I have repeatedly called your company daily trying to get a hold of your customer service line you have (option 2, when I called in) and always got a voicemail promising to return calls within 24 hours. I have also sent emails and inquiries directly on your site. Today, I decided to write a yelp review, and behold I get a response - regardless of how unhelpful it was. On August 10th at 8 AM (not over a month ago) one of your movers came to remove my refrigerator. Your company knew where my refrigerator was located (in the kitchen) and informed me, it wouldn't be a problem. But it very much seemed to pose a problem as soon as the mover showed up. He came in, no mask, no equipment, and asked where the refrigerator was. I walked him to the kitchen. He then removes my refrigerator by sliding it back and forth, from my kitchen to my front door. When he realized he couldn't get it thru the front door, he went to the truck. When he came back, he had a mallet in hand and began hitting the handles off of my fridge so he could get the fridge to squeeze thru my door. Shards of hard plastic flew everywhere (which is something else I had to clean when he left, cleaning the shards and my floor where he drug my fridge is when I noticed the several holes). On August 12th at 7:42 PM I sent a text to your mover. He mentioned something about me gluing my floor myself and that he would refund my money. Was that the right thing to do? Is that how you conduct business? Absolutely not. Especially, after I sent him pictures of my floor (which are included below for reference). The floor is costing over $600 to fix -- and I have an invoice for you from my flooring company, let me know where to send it. The $180 ($140 for the haul + $40 tip) does not even cover half of this bill. I am not responsible for this, your company is. Shame on you and whoever else is conducting your business in this manner. Your mover completely disregarded my home and offered me a band-aid solution. This is not how this will end. I need a better solution and will be waiting to hear from you.
