First off, let me begin by saying that I had contacted several other catering companies in the area. Some were not interested since my graduation cocktail party was only for approximately 50 people, which is relatively small for some of these companies. I was driving by the area and saw the Tio Fiesta sign and just decided to pop in. Mariana was so welcoming and wonderful. She explained everything in full detail. The menu was exquisite. Although my party was small, I wanted to offer a more exclusive option for hors d'oeuvres. That's exactly what I got. The delivery of the high tables, linens, and bar supplies was coordinated the day before. The only issue we had was the day of the actual event. There was a miscommunication with the order and we were left without the highball glassware that we had ordered. I panicked! THANKFULLY, Marco took action right away and within 45 minutes (the event was in the Brickell area and traffic was a nightmare to get there earlier) I had the glassware. They even gave me a GC for the inconvenience. The catering staff was wonderful and very accomodating, the bartender as well. The food was delicious. My guests had a great time and I did as well. I started using Tio Fiesta last summer for my birthday dinner and have used them for every event I've had since then! I attended a party at my friend's house earlier that year that was put on by Tio Fiesta and I was really impressed by their décor and decided to give them a try myself. I'm so glad that I gave this company a call! First of all, the staff is so friendly and helpful. The delivery guys always offer to help me out (for free!) with setting up my event. The owner always personally comes by to my event to help design and decorate and its been a pleasure developing such a close relationship with this company. I used Tio for my baby shower and I'm so happy with how everything turned out. I didn't know where to start but after I met with Kristi for a consultation we came up with the theme together "Garden Tea Party". Every detail was so well thought out... frm the cake pop designs to the choice of linens to the vintage china tea cups, she thought of everything. They were always quick to answer my emails with all my questions. I ordered their catering which was delicious and very reasonably priced. We got a tea and coffee station with fresh lemonade, tea sandwiches, pastries, cupcakes and cake pops. I got so many compliments from my guests especially about the decor.
