I had a very frustrating experience with this company and would not recommend them. I ordered a 70 ft obstacle course with a water slide for my child's party and was charged $890. The day before the event, they delivered the obstacle course, but it wasn't a water slide as requested. The delivery drivers suggested I could just attach a hose to make it work, but when I called the company to confirm, they told me that would actually damage the unit. Because of that, they had to return and swap out the inflatable. Instead of bringing me the correct obstacle course with a water slide, they replaced it with a much smaller 20 ft water slide -- nothing close to what I had ordered or paid for. My party guests were expecting a large obstacle course and water slide (I had even put this on the invitations), but what we got was a major letdown. Despite clearly not providing what I ordered, the company still charged me the full $890 and the only "solution" they offered was a $100 credit. That doesn't come close to making things right, and it shows how little regard they have for their customers. This experience was incredibly disappointing and unfair. Customers should receive what they order and pay for, especially for important events. Unfortunately, this company failed to deliver both literally and figuratively. read more

I requested a slide for my daughters birthday. I feel scammed. The delivery truck came to my home today but said they couldn't set up on synthetic grass. I told them I've never had a problem in the past and I'm replacing the grass soon anyway. I sent an email approving the install as is. Their office called and said there would be an additional charge because they need sand bags. I told them I paid a deposit and agreed to a certain price. I wasn't willing to pay additional fees for no reason. Their internal protocol isn't my fault. The lady on the phone was rude. She told me I would have to pay $900, or whatever remained, in cash before they installed. I told her I didn't have so much in cash in my purse and they never told me I would need cash. I had guests for lunch and couldn't go to the bank immediately. The delivery truck left before I hung up the phone. I called the office and the guy flat out told me they wouldn't return my deposit, even though they did nothing for me. When I told him I would dispute the charge, he accused me of threatening him. I can't find the Miami "We Rent Fun" business on Sunbiz. A company in Naples with the same name said it wasn't his company. I will try look up the owner because that is NO WAY to run a business. Al, Lenny and their son were amazing! It was a great experience from beginning 'til end. We live in LA, but have most of our family on the east coast so we decided to have our baby shower in Florida. I took a chance on We Rent Fun/Omega Events after reading some of the reviews, scanning their website and talking with Al for the first time. We decided to go with their jump house, DJ, giant connect four and photo booth services. It was obvious from the beginning that they were very professional and had experience. They responded on time via email or phone. Asked all the right questions and gathered all the right info. They worked with the vision we had for our outdoor/park baby shower and it turned out amazing. I love how easy it was to get a hold of them, to make payments, obtain receipts, create a playlist, create the border and message for our photo booth pics, calls to make sure we were on schedule, etc. They went the extent of calling the park before the event to confirm my reservation, the electrical needs and so on. Lenny called me the day before the event to make sure whether I had any questions and to confirm set up time. They were on time for set up and tested all equipment before the show started. Beware there are hidden up-charges beyond the cost of the bounce house. They charge $300 to deliver same day, unfortunately for my event they went to the wrong the location. What an amazing experience! My son had the best birthday party this past weekend. What a professional company. I personally saw them clean and disinfect the bounce house before putting it away! Something I have NEVER seen any company do in all the years of renting. They usually just pack and go, but not this company. They cleaned it from top to bottom.
