What I received was a bouquet skimpy on flowers but generous on fill-in greenery. Of the flowers it did have it consisted of mostly carnations. It also included 2 blooms that appeared to be parrot or ruffled tulips - took a while to figure out what they were supposed to be. These were past peak and almost spent. Instead of being cup-shaped, one was almost open and one was so open, it was flat - like a daisy is flat. I can't imagine why a business would sell something that should have been in the trash. I've already told my friend not to waste any more of his money at this business. When my coworkers saw it, they told me of their experiences: Orders for certain flowers and colors in a very expensive funeral bouquet being disregarded or just flat out telling the customer that they would not get what they wanted but would get whatever the florist had. Last fall our office ordered balloons for a special occasion and the employee treated me like it was a bother.

The bouquet was the most uninspired arrangement I have received in a long time. Plain clear glass vase, and nothing artistic or special about the arrangement at all. I could have put those few roses and carnations (and filler of way too much cheap greens) together myself.
