It was my account and I am a female. She had my drivers license... which also states I am a female and matches the name on the account. I guess customer service is not there forte.

I was the payroll clerk of the school districts of Maine Endwell and Deposit in Broome County at Boces in Endicott. During covid I lost my job. If people aren't getting paid, you don't need to pay people to pay them. Just a few partial payments on the M&T credit card until I got a new job and they closed the credit line with a $11,000 balance on it, & jacked my interest up as high as legally possible. Have a 4 year old girl to house and feed. Destroyed me. All lines of credit I had with 0 balances fell like dominoes. My credit rating went from 750 to 550 and even to this day my credit reflects as near 300% usage. Only one left standing Sears, a retail credit card with a line of $5,000. A card I've had 21+ years. Sad I can depend on a citibank retail credit card more than my own bank. Can't believe their slogan is "understanding what's important." Gotta be a joke. My only real mistake is not looking for a personal loan to pay off M&T as of yet and make sure they don't get 2 cents of mine again..

I have been a member of Visions Federal Credit Union since I was a teenager. I started out with a…read moreteen checking/savings account and have continued to be a member ever since. Besides my checking and savings account I also used Visions to finance a car loan. The car loan rates for members are competitive. The past few years Visions has continued to stay competitive with other credit unions and banks by offering great online and mobile services. I use their mobile app all the time to check my balance and make express deposits. Express deposit makes it so easy to deposit checks with just two pictures on your smartphone! This is a life saver for me since I live out of town but can continue to keep my membership/account with Visions. Most of the ATMs are equipped with a cash deposit option, which is nice because cash deposits are available in your account right away rather than having to wait. This particular branch of Visions is a newer construction and has 4 drive thru ATMS, one ATM in the atrium, and is very nice on the inside with the teller counter and other offices surrounding.

All paid back to Visions BEFORE the final due date. One would think that having a relationship with a credit/banking institution for over a 25 year period would count for something...not so much with Visions. They (Visions) continue to use the make believe credit system for all their loans (remember folks, the three credit burrows provided triple A ratings to companys like AIG exactly (1) day before the economic collapse, brought on by the banking industry...AIG was bankrupt. The personal relationship with Visions is make believe...In fact Visions is advertising better rates on loans to non-members...but stick their long term clients (yes clients, Visions forgets they are the vendor and the members are the clients) with higher rates... all in time when Visions is experiencing nearly free money from the Untied States Government. I have reached a point where I just keep the accounts open with Visions due to closing them would hurt my make believe credit score (again folks, there is ZERO over-site on the credit reporting company's.) Steer clear of this terrible customer service company. Find a good local bank...you may pay a bit more in rates, but at least they respect something called loyalty and will work with you.
