We offered to use our neighbor's driveway for access for vehicles but they shared it wasn't needed. There was a lot of rain prior to the service. They did a good job with the tree but destroyed our yard with tire tracks and the bobcat sunk the concrete in front of our house so it's not safe. I reached out to them immediately and they said we should call the city of Webster. I spoke with the street superintendent of Webster and he looked at it personally. He confirmed it was absolutely and clearly the fault of the tree company's equipment. Calling back Jackson, they shared they aren't responsible. I will not use nor recommend them again. I'll spend my money elsewhere and will share with my neighbor too.

More details if you want it: A large tree fell and smashed the roof of our garage during a storm taking a power line with it. Omni responded before Ameren did. They came in, took down and cleaned up this huge tree in about 2hrs. We had another tree with a very dead branch that we asked half way through the project if they could take down and they did without issue. Our neighbor was worried they'd take the whole tree down- but they knew exactly what I was talking about and only took down the dead branch - beautiful old tree is safe and healthier than ever. These guys were very responsive and respectful. If mngt is reading this- the crew you sent to Leona deserve a raise! If you're a woman reading this - I can confirm that they were wonderful, professional and did as I asked when I had specifications. They were very easy to communicate with. Not once did I feel like they were speaking down to me or did I get an eye roll - even as I approached them in the middle of the job with a question, which I understand was likely pretty annoying dealing with chainsaws and wood chippers. Frankly - I wish more of the home improvement folks we've been dealing with were like these guys. I hope I never have to deal with tree removal again, but if I do I know who we will call. When they came out to take a look, talked with the guy for several minutes about why/when/how trees are trimmed, and shortly after he left I received the quote in my email. They just finished the job today, and I am very happy with the result. Went over what was in the job invoice and where I wanted the trees trimmed, what to do with the remaining wood, etc. I asked to keep a few of the cut limbs for firewood and they even sectioned it down for me. VERY happy with the service, nice and polite folks that dealt with my curious self watching them do their job. Looking forward to having groomed trees and my dog having sap-free fur.
