I always come here for pedicures by Maria. She is amazing! She has always taken care of my feet and my stubborn in grown toe nails. She is kind and always asks about my family! It really means a lot to me when someone that does a service for me cares enough to ask about my family! She's just so sweet! I can't really speak for much of the other staff because the people I use to use arnt there anymore. But you will not regret going to requesting Maria. The vibe is very laid back. The busyness is just hit or miss. If you're in a hurry though, I would call for any appointment. read more

I went after work to get my nails done the first place i went to at 4:10 told me they were booked for the rest of the day and they closed at 5.. so i left and went to another place.. so i came here and there were 5 people working. three were doing pedicures, one at the front desk, and one at a station. i asked the girl at the desk i would like a fill with a shape change. she told me i need to talk to the lady at the station, so i did so and she informed me that she had an appointment coming in so she suggested to come by tomorrow and i hesitated and then she offered to start my nails until her appointment showed up then come back to me, i agreed. well her appointment never showed up and i was able to get my nails done and i absolutely loved how they turned out!! read more

My husband and daughter were next door at a swim date night and I decide to book ahead of time my pedicure/manicure at this salon. FIRST- MY FAULT. I wAs 30 minutes late. SECONDLY- No one busy in the salon and they gave me a look of disgust when I said I had an appointment. I apologize profusely but the level of professionalism went downhill the moment they knew I was late. My deluxe pedicure was a joke. The tools they used was questionable if it was sanitize properly. I request shellac on my toes and I got regular polish. I emphasize at-least 5 times I wanted shellac. I did not want polish on my hands, but they kept pushing for me to do it. I finally gave up and said just a simple cut and trim on my finger nails will be fine. The bill for a half-add "deluxe" pedicure and a basic manicure turned out to be $65 with tip. It wasn't the technician's fault so I tipped her anyways. It has to be the training and the equipment they have from the get go. If management can hired and train people with care and with quality, so many mothers from the swim school may go there on the daily bases. I highly suggest you find another place for a mani/pedi. This was utter let down and a waste of time and money. read more

This is the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I don't normally leave bad reviews because everyone has a bad day every now and then. However I've been there twice and both times was horrible. The first time I asked for a Christmas design and they put stickers on my fingers that looked like they were 39 years old. The clear was turning yellow. She completely rushed me through the service. Didn't even have me wash my hands. The second time was last night. My 2 sisters and I went to get manicures and pedicures. They only had one of us wash our hands during the service. All of our nails looked horrible. I got a plain manicure. She didn't cut my cuticles or buff my nails. Then at the end told me it was going to be $305. What?!?!?!? I was in total shock. I paid. However after I left and had time to think about it... according to the prices on their board, they charged me $45 to much. Needless to say I will NEVER step foot in there again. My mom and I decided it was high time for our feet to get some positive attention. We came here, after readIng some of the reviews a bit skeptical. But it didn't take long before we decided this was the best thing we could've chosen to do for this afternoon. We chose the deluxe package where we got extra massage and extra exfoliation and extra rubbing and scrubbing and all the things that we needed to make us feel so good. It was $40 but I felt guilty only paying that much. I'm from Indianapolis and I could've never gotten all of this for $40. They took extra attention and they were extra attentive. There was none of the rushing that I had read about in some of the reviews. I will definitely be back here and my mom agrees. Five stars only because I can't give them six. read more

There is ONE person in here that half way knows what she's doing. (Trish) except she's overbooks herself and makes you wait forever. Then if you wait for her, she rushes through your nails. Well, it was going to be a mother -daughter day at the nail shop. It was so crowded when we arrived and were totally discarded that we had an appointment. We had a 2:00 time slot and I sit here now at 3:00 and not one person as started on my nails. I guess I should be happy that my daughter is in a chair enjoying her service. Terrible service. The older lady (maybe the owner?) was terribly unfriendly and rude. They don't even greet you when you walk in. They say "what do you want?" The old woman did my 6 year old daughters nails, and I was so unhappy with her service. My daughter is very well behaved and even asked me "why is she so grouchy?" It had my blood boiling. We came in for basic services. Me, a pedicure, and my daughter a children's mani/pedi. I paid $45 plus tip. The price is not an issue for me, but for the service received, definitely a problem. Maybe because we weren't getting "deluxe" services we weren't a high priority. I should've just asked the grouchy old woman to stop the service for my daughter, because we were such an "inconvenience" for her. You could obviously tell that. My mom used to be a regular customer here, and said that she is ALWAYS rude and mean. Not good for business. The girl I had was very sweet, and did a fantastic job trimming and shaping my toe nails, but as soon as other people walked in she rushed on my toe nail polish and it is JACKED up. I had a light color of pink, and when she applied my top coat, it streaked red onto my light polish from someone else's polish. (Again, see picture) I do a better job on myself. I had an oriental man do my mani and pedi. He seemed to rush through the whole thing and was rough when doing the cuticles. Didn't use cuticle cream either, which I thought was strange. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Do NOT go here to get waxed. I called here to schedule a Brazilian bikini wax. The woman on the phone who spoke almost no English should have been my first warning sign about going here. When I went in, the same woman from the phone greeted me. I was led to a room in the back corner of the shop. When their esthetician came in, she spoke better English, but not enough to fully understand me or communicate. I thought we were on the same page that I wanted a Brazilian - a waxing service that takes all hair off. After disrobing and beginning the waxing process, about halfway through, I experienced a severe amount of pain during one of the pulls. This is a sensitive area, and I didn't think enough about it. I ended up with an extended bikini wax, I think because the hair wasn't long enough (I don't really know because I couldn't understand her broken English). I was still charged for a full Brazilian, however - a $15 increase in price. Now for the good part - and the reason this is 1 star. After getting home and washing off the thick layer of talcum powder she left me absolutely covered in, I realized why I had experienced so much pain. She waxed off some skin on my clitoral hood! I have NEVER had that happen during a waxing. I will not ever go back to get waxed here. I cannot believe that this happened. And further, I was left with upwards of 50 random hairs that she missed when waxing. Don't risk going here. read more

The lady who did my pedicure was ROUGH with the cuticle trimmers and didn't properly give me a correct pedicure. i didn't see ANYTHING being sanitized either. Plus the whole time she was making fun of my feet, which is rude as hell. My step mom was getting a full set and it took 2 hours because the lady was also doing 2 other full sets. My pedicure and her full set look like SHIT. They charged her $45 instead of the original 35$ for whatever reason. we WONT be back that's for sure. My sister had a terrible waxing experience here! Not only did the lady heat the wax way too hot, but she waxed stripes in her legs, missing about half of the hair, and then covered it in powder, instead of oil to remove the wax. My sister had to pay the full $50, and go home and scrub the wax off then shave her legs. Because of the language barrier, she wasn't able to tell them about her experience or get a refund. I have heard that they do an okay manicure, but they have no business waxing people. read more

The nails look good, but our experience was very uncomfortable because of a 10-minute argument between some of the workers. They were yelling at each other in Vietnamese and completely ignored one older woman who was politely waiting for her appointment. It was very unprofessional and childish. The one thing it did do was teach my daughter how stupid one looks having a public hissy fit. I enjoy the luxury of a pedicure and have been coming here off and on for the last 5 plus years. The ladies (and a couple gentlemen) have always treated my sensitive feet gently and carefully and me pleasantly and kindly. We did a mani-pedi party here when my youngest daughter was married and it was great!! I took a break from pedicures for a little over a year and was blown away when I came back this summer and they remembered me and my favorite color!! read more

I read the other reviews and was a little hesitant, but decided to trust my friend. I am so glad I did! My nails were done beautifully and tastefully, including some hand-drawn artistic touches on my two ring-finger nails. Vieng, the artist, was as pleasant as could be and I can honestly say that this was the first time I actually enjoyed having my nails done (mani/pedi). Horrible experience. I got to the salon and asked to use the restroom. I should have left immediately. There is a sign directing people to not put the paper in the toilet, I complied with the disgusting request. The toilet nearly overflowed when I flushed, lack of maintenance! Then I attempted to wash my hands. The soap dispenser on the wall was empty, and the alternative provided was a bottle of shampoo. Not an antibacterial form of hand wash at all, and this is what the staff are using to wash their hands. Despite my better judgment I sat down to have my pedicure. The woman starting to work on my toes when another customer came in for an eyebrow wax. She was told she would have to wait, she said she would come back. Well the woman, I assume was the owner, wouldn't have that. Starter yelling, "now" over and over until the woman working on my toes got up and took the other customer to wax her eyebrows. After 10 minutes I got up to leave and was actually grabbed by the "owner". She tried to physically prevent me from leaving the salon! I will never return and will tell everyone I know not to go there. I hope the $10 eyebrow wax was worth losing the revenue from a full set and deluxe pedicure. read more

This is my first visit and I will probably never come back. My husband surprised me with an 8 pm appointment here. He said the lady he spoke to when he made the appointment seemed not to speak English. When I arrived an employee just stared at me, looked at the clock, and very rudely basically told me I was lying about the appointment. Other employees began to talk about me/mumble to me, but I wasn't sure what their decision was. I was about to leave until someone grabbed my arm and directed me toward the nail polish to choose a color. The same employee who "greeted" me interrupted another customers manicure several times to speak on her cell phone in another language and continued to walk around the salon loudly speaking in another language to her employees. I told them I would wait, bu they rushed me down to another chair anyways and had me put my niece on my lap, so no bubbly water or fun chair for her. then my technician had no idea what she was doing, paint all streaky, didn't remove my old polish all the way so it showed through, and didn't leave me to cure long enough so as soon as I stepped outside to my car a huge gouge appeared. read more

Have been going there and they usually do a good job. But the last two times have not been up to par. I went in today as a walk in and while I was waiting I observed that all the workers were pretty much working on 2 people at the same time. I finally got in and the lady had my clean off my own nails before she started my manicure because she was running around. She started my painting my nails and looked iver and saw that another worker had just up and left one customers manicure to go work on a peducure. So the lady stopped my manicure and went over to the other customer and started on her and told her that she would finish hers when mine was done. So if course she rushes through my manicure to get back to the lady...I even had to point out to her she forgot my thumb nail. There was paint all over the sides of my cuticles and she literally did a 15 second message on each hand. I used to like this place, but they are going down in quality trying to get more people in the door. I would rather wait awhile as a walk in and have a worker who will spend the time with me and give me my money's worth, rather than an 8 minute gel manicure rushing to get to the next customer. read more
