When nicely calling after the event to confirm when they were taking the tent down, we were returned with "we'll get to it when we get to it today" and immediately hung up. When they eventually came to take down the tent they told us that if the chairs/tables were not stacked we would get a surcharge. Although they had never mentioned it prior, even when I called to confirm. Were extremely rude, when speaking to us.
