John was absolutely great to work with! He is very responsive, accommodating, and lets you take your time making a decision after he's offered his expert opinion. When we started planning our event, we were only going to get the tent, and maybe the sides, but the weather forecast wasn't looking promising. John's suggestion of a heater that comes with a thermostat was perfect and honestly a lifesaver. Not to mention that we only added the heater on merely a week before the wedding day, and everything still went off without a glitch. The setup was completed well in advance of the event. It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a retail company before. My advice: Teresa is, yes, very nice, but Sean is not---and he will make the final call.
