This store is my kind of store except my boy is no longer a toddler so the pickings here were slim in his size. I loved seeing all the bamboo pjs I usually only see on a website, in actual person so that was good. My boy would've had a blast if we took him here, in that tree house. If I hadn't just spent a ton of money around the block I probably would have tried out one of the brands here for my boy, since they did have some more stuff in brands I hadn't heard of. Of course I knew Kyte baby and Patagonia though. At least they had plenty of boy stuff here too, lacking in most other stores. read more

Tip Toes - Children's Clothing Near Me - Holland, Michigan

This shop is every prepsters delight. I was touring downtown for the first time with my family and you know Beaufort bonnet company in the window caught my eye and had me turning right through the front door. It is SO HARD to shop for little boys and Tip Toes did not disappoint. So many adorable jonjons with added monogramming. Whomever owns the store needs to be my bestie because we are style twins. Open at 11? Just tried the door 7/19/20 and it's locked at 11:08. Girl leaning on the counter texting on her phone looks at the door and back down ignoring us. We ask if they are open and she shakes her head no and walks into the back. Would never give this place my money and if I was the owner I would fire the employee. read more

Even though I don't have kids, I have plenty of friends who do have them or about to have them. Buying baby shower gifts and birthday gifts for my friend's kids always gives me a reason to stop in without being crazy for just wanting to check a kid's store out. They have plenty of colorful and fun stuff. I picked up a really cute picture frame and they have the earth friendly bottle nipples here, too. This is a great spot if you are looking for more unique items for a gift. The sales lady didn't really talk to us at all. I didn't mind because I think she could sense that I didn't really need any help. They have good sales and the prices are as high as it can be for good ole Holland, Michigan. read more

Absolutely adorable kids' store with a wide variety of items in a range of prices. Some of the super cute outfits were far more than I'd be willing to pay, but I did pick up a great bib for only $5.95 to give as gift. Definitely a wonderful place to pick up gifts for baby showers and the like. read more

Tip Toes is by far the cutest store I've ever been in. The selection of super cute, unique clothing for little ones is astounding. Plus, there are accessories! I have a daughter so it was really hard getting out of there a few hundred bucks lighter but we were short on time. What was really amazing is their boy clothes are incredibly cute too! I found myself wanting a son too...But that's a different story. Bottom line is stop in and take a look around at the cuteness and get ready to drop some cash. I purchased a pair of boys Empire boots here for $12 - score!, right? They didn't last through one half-day wearing of a 4 year old boy. Since I live out of state (was just passing through on our way to our summer home) I contacted the store. I was told I spoke to the owner* who assured me that the next time I was in town I could return them for a full refund. She even took down my contact information. Well, that didn't end up being the case. I was only offered a $7 store credit for all sorts of reasons that were because of me - not because of a bad product; my favorite being that if I were a preferred customer, this wouldn't be an issue. I explained to the manager what I was told, by the owner, and she said that the owner would never have agreed to that. Agreed to good customer service and doing what is right? Needless to say, the boots were unable to ever be worn again so I left them on the counter and told them to keep their insulting $7 store credit because I was never going to be patronizing that store again. The cheap, probably knock-off boots were just one of many purchases ($$$$) I have made at this store over the past several years. *We joked about my name since it is so unique and had a connection to the store's name. read more

This is the cutest store - from tip to toe! The décor and set up of the store is appealing, everything neatly organized and they have a large selection of designer kids clothes and brands and also unique gift and toy items. My daughter loved the treehouse she could play in while I explored. I wish the kids stores in Northville were this terrific. read more

The cutest children's clothing store on the planet! They have a wonderful selection of Tea, a great quality clothing brand for kids, and whoever the buyer is does a great job in choosing items from the collection that would suit the audience Tip Toes caters to! They have reasonable prices and often LOTS of sales if you know the right times to go. Being part of their Preferred Customer Club is awesome as well - each time you go in and buy 3 Tea clothing items, you get the fourth for free! They have unique gifts as well. The staff is wonderful and friendly, always desiring to help you find what you're looking for. Can't imagine a cuter place to buy clothes! Plus the owners went to the local college and also have two other small businesses in the downtown Holland area! read more

The store has moved to larger digs on 8th Street since I last visited. They have far fewer choices in children's clothing and much more "gift shop" sorts of things. I just wasn't as impressed with their current selection as I have been in the past. I'll check it out again when I go back since I'm hoping that maybe I just caught them between seasons and the inventory will be better next time. read more

Love this awesome baby/kids shop in downtown Holland. They have everything: toys, cloth diapers, clothes, Robeez, strollers, etc. The owners can often be found working there and they, and any sales people, are happy to help you while you shop. I love to go here for gifts and for special things for my own kids! read more
