When you set up their service they track your flight information and pick you up. Reservations are preferred 48 hours in advance. If the flight is delayed they will make sure they are there to pick you up as soon as you land. And if for some rare event you get there's early they will be there waiting. Love the friendly service I received over the phone and in person with their drivers from door to door. A+ SERVICE. Very rarely will I discuss a nice trip to the airport where I wasn't praying for my life, holding onto the seat belt, and pressing the imaginary break I wish I had below my feet.
