Matt pulled the rabbit out of his hat! Our adventure was as follows... We had scheduled Jax Elite Charters to pick us up at 5 pm on Thursday to drive us up to Brunswick GA.. Weather intervened and we had to leave the next day... so we scheduled to get picked up at 5 pm on Friday... Well we arrived at the Airport at 5:30 am to leave and the rescheduled ticket in the computer for was not for March 8th but November 8th... Well there were no seats available anywhere because of spring break and the bad weather... so we had to reschedule with Jax Elite Charters again as we were now not arriving now until 11 pm on Friday after a zig zag excursion across the country ... so we called again and Matt worked out a couple of options for us. Ultimately he personally drove us up to Brunswick on Saturday before he went forward with his full day in Jacksonville. I work in the entertainment industry and have worked with hundred of car services around the world. I do not know if I will ever be back to Jacksonville but I guarantee you I will not delete Jax Elite Charters number out of my phone. The price was extremely reasonable and all communication with David was quick and easy. He arrived at our home right on time. The Ford Expedition was spotless and more than roomy for the two of us and 4 pieces of luggage and a backpack. He told us when he arrived that ALL parking at JIA was full except for off site lots. Such a huge relief to know that we would get dropped off right at departures and not have to deal with the stress of parking. #winning. When we arrived back home, David was waiting at baggage claim for us and as soon as we had our bags, we were whisked outside to a special parking area and then on our way home. Seamless!
