I asked for a rushed order for a birthday present for my daughter in law. I made her pictures in to coloring pages and had Tipps make them in to a coloring book, but the idea did not come to me until a few days before her birthday. I asked them on a Monday afternoon if they could do this and have it ready by Wednesday. They said sure no problem, I wanted it on thick card stock so she could watercolor if she wanted and was told $1.50 a page. I had many pages and was given a discount when I picked up because he said the quote was too high. :) It turned out so well and she cried when she saw it, incase anyone is curious I used chatgbt and simply asked it to please make this image a coloring page. Limited to 6 pages a day so it did take some time but it makes a very personal gift. read more

I just found out that Tipps appears to be permanently closed. Went to get some address labels printed (06/25/24), when I noticed the for-lease signs on the building. The interior was dark, and all of the equipment was vacated. So sad, another local business gone. read more

This is a great little mom and pop copy center. Employees are nice and helpful. If you place an order a product the turnaround is quite fast. They aren't open 24/7 but in a town like Dallas, they don't need to be. I have never had any issues here. read more

Rude! The lady who owns the store is rude. She always acts as if she is too busy to help you and she makes up fees on the spot. She charges you to ship your prepaid UPS packages. Forget asking her to ship anything over 10lbs. You'll hear about it. She's very very lazy. UPS is my next call and email. She wanted to charge me more for shipping I already paid. If she doesn't want to be a UPS drop off sight then she shouldn't be! She told me all about how she doesn't make any $ off of people just dropping off and it's not fair to her! Well it's simple then don't be a drop off spot. I've used them 3 times before and she was rude 2 out of 3 times. I took my package to the postal connection and they were super nice. Twice this month, I have needed printing services, so I went to Tipp's Copy Center, in Dallas, Oregon. The store is very clean, and bright with sunlight. The lady who works there is very friendly, and gets the job done quickly. Best of all, they have an adorable, talkative, BIG, orange cat, as their store Mascot! I highly recommend Tipp's Copy Center, and will definitely return when I need printing services again. read more
