Came here THREE times over the course of my stay trying to get a toe ring and wasn't able to each time. If you come here prepare to wait in line for 30+ minutes and then have the extremely rude young lady tell you they don't have your size and leave crying from the whole ordeal. Seriously need to fire the young lady in the shop. she has absolutely no costumer service and talks like she wishes she wasn't there. She completely ruined my opinion of this place. Bought nearly $300 rings for my toes Next day returned to buy identical for my teen granddaughter and the up charge was outrages ( allegedly because of gold increase) without communication. I'm guessing it had more to do with the low hurricane traffic but when disputed it wasn't received well AT ALL! Business being slow was not because of us. We kept them IN BUSINESS. THE PORT WAS EVACUATED. All that being said and more... Her $200+ toe ring lasted a couple weeks. I didnt bother to contact the unreasonable business because the ring broke and sank into the pool drain. read more

I've wanted a fitted toe ring for years. I had a friend tell me about tippy toes and I made a point to add it to my list for my next port a trip. I came in right at opening at 11, and was unacknowledged by the worker. The shop is really small inside, and I did a quick walk through before asking where the fitted toe rings were. The employee eventually pointed out the area and informed me to fill out the clipboard with ones I was interested in trying. I did so, and she came over to pick out the rings and size my toe. She didn't offer any information, and any questions I asked she was really terse and answered shortly. Toe rings are kind of a fun, quirky accessory (IMO) and I expected this to be more of that type of experience and not feel like I was bothering the employee by being there. They had a good selection of cute toe rings and I'm happy with the product, but overall the customer service was seriously lacking. read more

I think the woman that helped us must be the owner. She's been there a couple of times before. She's very awkward and not friendly. She's impatient and acts like we're bothering her. Anyway, I've had enough of her attitude and today was the last time we'll stop here. Also the prices have gone way up. My daughter and I each got a plain silver toe ring and it was $78! They have a rewards card that you get a punch for every $30 you spend. After you spend (I think) $240, you get 30% off 1 item. I think that's ridiculous and not worth the trouble. I went in to get toe rings for my friend and I for her birthday. When I first entered the employee was helping two other women. We waited for about 10-15 minutes before she was able to assist us which was fine. She was wearing gloves while assisting them and sanitized her gloves after she checked them out. She did not change her gloves. When she told me to sit down she had a hole in both of her gloves and still did not put on new gloves before assisting us. While trying on different toe rings the staff member was aggressively taking them on and off and throwing them on the table between the different styles and sizes. She then proceeded to throw around the ring sizer and huffed and puffed the whole time. Together we spent over $200 and received absolutely TERRIBLE service, such an unfortunate experience for the price we paid. I would definitely say it's time to get a new employee! read more
