I came in and was a little later than I would've like to be as it was nearing closing time. The owner was kind enough to still squeeze me in and do both my manicure and my pedicure. She was super friendly and attentive and I absolutely love my nails! I definitely recommend 10/10

As you can see why I would be upset. I had just bought these shoes.

March 3, 2022 Unprofessional, unfriendly and embarrassing. They gave me a pedicure but refused to finish the manicure. Learn the definition of professionalism ; that is doing the work without being prejudice. They were hesitant to accommodate my needs and had nonchalant attitudes. The nail tech stained my new shoes with acetone because of his careless attitude and did nothing to help with it. This establishment refused me service. If you don't like your jobs then change it. There are plenty of jobs hiring. Not only did they do nothing to resolve the issue the owner embarrassed me in front of their other clients by making a scene instead of finding a solution. I do not appreciate being treated like a non paying customer. Do better

I was so skeptical to try any other Hattiesburg nail salons after my horrible experience at Serenity Nail Spa but I'm so glad I went with the yelp reviews and tried out this place. The two guys who worked on my short stubby nails did a phenomenal job! My dip powder polish and pedicure was $85 but they spent a good 1.5 hrs working on my toes and nails. They took their time and didn't rush me and truly did a wonderful job. I am extremely pleased!

The one who did my toes was obviously new which didn't really bother me, but kept using cold water and definitely struggled with the filing. My nails were fine minus the fact that I asked for square and definitely don't see any consistent shape. The lady who did the nails was borderline rude too. Overall, I won't be going here again but it wasn't my worst nail shop experience. They just didn't seem like they wanted to be bothered with working today.

I went in for a pedicure. They were fairly busy with three customers waiting. Within five minutes, I was sitting in a chair ready for a pedicure. I did have to wait a little longer than I had hoped for. However, they were very thorough and spent time on massaging, clipping, and painting my toes. They did apologize for the wait and were very friendly and easy to talk to. For a full pedicure with gel nails it was $50. They also had a great radio station on and it wasn't too loud in the shop. I would come back again. read more

Went here last minute to get my nails done with my friend. The staff was really friendly and attentive, and their prices are affordable as well. We were a little undecided on our colors, but they did a great job helping us out and making everything perfect. Their tables could've been a little cleaner/neater, but other than that I highly recommend coming here to get your nails done. I am a professional nail tech myself, and I think their work is good. read more

I was so skeptical to try any other Hattiesburg nail salons after my horrible experience at Serenity Nail Spa but I'm so glad I went with the yelp reviews and tried out this place. Was in town for a conference and took my daughter here for a mother daughter day and it was a HORRIBLE experience. They put me right into a pedi chair and there I sat for an hour!! My water was like ice by the point they did the pedicure. My daughter was basically ignored and she was getting a full set. It was by far the worst nail experience of my life. They were short staffed and extremely rude. I do NOT recommend this place. This is the first bad review I have ever left. read more

Before services began, I explained multiple times that she has dementia and would need a little extra patience and guidance. Unfortunately, I did not feel that staff listened or adjusted their approach at all. Communication was difficult throughout the appointment. I repeatedly tried to explain my mother's situation, but staff seemed distracted and often did not respond to what I was saying or maybe they didn't understand. My mother was given instructions she did not understand, and at one point she left the service area while I was being waxed, causing me significant concern as I had to rush to find her. The customer service was abrupt and lacked the kindness and patience I would expect when working with an elderly person with dementia. This was supposed to be a special experience for my mom, and instead it became stressful and uncomfortable. The quality of the services was also disappointing. I was given a different nail color than the one I requested, my finger was nicked and is still sore, the waxing services were incomplete, and one of my nails chipped within 24 hours despite normal activity. My mother was not asked what nail shape she preferred, and her manicure appeared rushed. Our total was approximately $185 before tip. I chose this salon because I knew it was pretty inside and I remember years ago that they were nice and friendly. I was hoping to create a wonderful memory with my mother. Unfortunately, we left feeling disappointed by both the service and the quality of the work. I hope this feedback encourages better communication, more attentive customer care, and greater patience when serving elderly clients and those with cognitive impairments.

Today was my first time trying Tips & Toes for a dip powder set and it was amazing! I got there by noon so the morning rush had slowed down. My nail tech made sure to find out what I wanted and she even hooked me up with the cutest simple design for my birthday coming up! The dip powder process can take quite a while to complete, but I'm so appreciative that she took her time because I'm picky about my nails! They look great and once these are grown out I'm definitely going back for another set. read more

I went here on my birthday. I read lots of reviews for other place which weren't quiet satisfying, so I decided to give it a try. And I was happy I did! This place is clean, nice and busy. I had to wait about 40 minutes to get my pedicure, so I guess it'd be better if you make an appointment. Classic manicure was $17, classic pedicure $30. My daughter and I enjoyed such a relaxing afternoon getting manis and pedis. Clean, neat salon. No wait. Vi was my nail tech and she was awesome! Such attention to detail. We will be return the next time we are back in town. read more

Best deluxe pedicure in town. Brand new salon- everything is sleek and pretty. Hot stone foot massage, friendly staff. Highly recommend. Will be back! read more

Nha is amazing ! It is so hard to find a nail tech that can handle long acrylic nails and she does a great job! Her prices are great too !
