My 4 star comes from us ordering a custom pizza and asking for certain ingredients (and confirming with the server) and then our pizza came out a little different. We thought we were getting pepperoni, sausage, onion, green pepper and half of the pizza with artichoke. That turned into: pepperoni, sausage, red bell pepper and green onions (like scallions) and artichoke on one half. When the gal brought it out she said "we don't have bell pepper" so there obviously is a miscommunication with the guy we ordered with.
