The best part of this business are the phenomenal staff and owners. They take the time to listen, offer suggestions, and KNOW their stuff. Need a plant that compliments another? They have ideas for you. Have something in mind but not sure how to express it? They help create that vision. Chalupsky's also stands behind their product. Purchase a plant and it dies? The shop was full of adorable gifts & a wide selection of plants, pots and other accessories. They had an impressive selection of "hard to find" plants like a raven ZZ plant & an Indian rope Hoya. Out of pure RESTRAINT I left with only a Brazilian philodendron and a card for a friend. I will be back if in the area again! I initially received a text confirming my order was received. A nice bonus from a small-town, local florist. The text message indicated I would be notified when my plant was delivered. Instead, I heard from the recipient that she'd received the plant. I was waiting on a text that never came, wondering if my order had been delivered. If I had to critique anything, it would be that the text messaging system could be more accurate. A couple of months ago I received a unique Starfish sansevieria from E.'s as a sympathy gift. The staff helps without pushing a certain product and wait patiently while I shop and decide which plant suits my needs best. The little shop sells the cutest garden decorations, too. However, their hanging plants remain my favorite flora to buy. The worst part about shopping is when I have to stop looking when I run out of time and JUST DECIDE! Oh, I almost forgot about the deliveries. I love the smiles! It's got to be one of the best jobs in the world: handing people flowers.
