What he ended up with is a vehicle that would start, but the C1 connector on the Drivers side fuse and relay module had to be pulled. This of course disables all features you need for a street legal vehicle like lights and turn signals, horn etc... They have taken a working vehicle and bricked it. They refused to repair this situation they caused because they said the vehicle was too old.
