Now, I have a 2015 SUV in great condition, and I am still not sure whether or not I want to trade it in before winter or not. I did just buy a house, and I am a full-time student in Brainerd, so I know that my debt to income ratio is not appealing to banks at this time. I mean, all I have is my Army pension to live on at this time, so I don't want to over burden myself. When I was in there they wouldn't let me leave. They knew I wasn't comfortable with the whole situation and I made them promise they would not to ding my credit which I've been working so hard to improve over the past three years. They did, big time. I got my credit report today after many alerts, and they did ding my credit 52 POINTS. 52 POINTS!!! How long will that take me to get that back? Do not go there.

Sales manager claimed we bought the car with no inspection done at the dealership other than making sure it started and the brakes stopped the car. Salesman claimed the car had been gone through and everything was working fine while my daughter & I were buying the SUV. Lied about what we were supposedly told during the sales process afterwards & the dealership offered no help whatsoever in this massive repair bill. Zero concern over lost future business. Wouldn't buy a car from them again if they were selling them for a dollar. Buyer beware as this dealership isn't honest in their dealings.

Just for looking the truck over they charged 80 some dollars and told us to replace the thermostat it would be around 500. We had bought the thermostat for 50 dollars and had someone we knew replace it in 5 minutes. What where the extra charges?
