Bro was straight up arguing back with me about everything, I wasn't trying to be rude, I had a straight and calm voice the whole time. But he didn't care one bit what I had to say and cut me off mid sentence multiple times. Note he has never seen my car or drove it, and was telling me the model didn't exist even though every other auto shop I've went to never had an issue. It says on the door what the car is. Didn't even bother asking for a vin number or license plate to look up, as every other shop does. Props to the younger new hires working because they're the only nice people there who don't actually seem to hate their job and everyone else around them. Ask for someone else if you get one of those douchebag old farts who think they know everything and won't back down no matter what you say. Go to oriellys or advanced auto if you want someone who, yes may still hate their job, but doesn't take it out on the customers and knows what they're talking about when it comes to vehicles.

Deceptive business practices! I had an appointment and when…read morethe employee was checking my vehicle in for the oil change I told him to do the same oil change as last time. When I went to pay my bill it wasn't what I had agreed to at all. They said that they were all out of the shop inventory filters , so they had to use something else. Mind youThe shop filter costs under $2. The filter they chose to use was almost $11. And they just added it to my bill without even that letting me know they were out of filters I would need to pay for this expense filter. I paid my bill and left. The more, I think of this , though that is deceptive AF. When I made my appointment online , it did not tell me anything about being on a filters and I would be charged almost $11 extra. When I pulled up for my appointment and the employee checked me in not once was anything mentioned about them being out of the normal shop filters and I would also be charged an extra $11 for a different filter. If they would have been upfront and told me right away , I would have rescheduled for another time when they had the correct filter in. As someone who lives on a fixed income and has to budget out everything to the last penny this is a big deal. Now I have to cancel a doctor's appointment because I don't have the gas money anymore. Hopefully nothing is really wrong with my heart and they had me wear this monitor for a week for no reason.
