Spoke w/ MATTHEW @ TIRES PLUS yesterday & he encouraged me to stop by so they could check my tire. I left to run an errand & returned about an hour later. They did a thorough inspection & discovered the slow leak was caused by a leaky valve stem. They replaced it & also inspected the other tires. Matt assured me my tires were safe & had many more miles left. What I thought was going to be over $1k for new tires ended up being a $20 repair! I am so impressed w/ Matt's honesty & integrity, I will start going there for oil changes as well. Excellent customer service & fair pricing is hard to find but it's available here.

Safety Concern at Vannoy's Tires (Gulf Breeze, FL)…read more I normally don't post negative reviews, but this one could have ended in disaster. My 17-year-old daughter had her car aligned at Vannoy's Tires, and when I test drove it afterward the car pulled dangerously hard while coasting. I took it to a trusted shop for an inspection and they found the control arm bolt VERY loose (see photos). That kind of negligence could have caused a serious wreck. When I called the shop, I was told they don't test drive vehicles after doing a full tire replacement and alignment. I stopped in a second time to speak with a manager, but the lady at the counter brushed me off, saying she wasn't a mechanic and had "no idea" what I was talking about--apparently with no manager on duty to escalate the issue. The lack of safety habits, quality control, and basic accountability here is alarming. If this is how they treat customers and vehicles, I'd strongly caution anyone considering taking their car (or their child's car!) to Vannoy's Tires in Gulf Breeze. Your family's safety is worth more than risking it on careless work. Completely unacceptable.

I brought in my luxury Cadillac sports car, expecting professionalism and quality service. Instead, I was handed a greasy disaster and a $4,500 hole in my wallet. They installed what can only be described as a bargain-bin, off-brand differential, completely unfit for the performance and specs of my car. They had also claimed that a barring was broken so they just "fixed it" real quick. When I called to confront them about it, the staff acted like they were on a hidden camera show--lying through their teeth, and clearly had no idea what they were talking about. The "mechanic" assigned to my car? Sketchy, and couldn't even show me the parts they claimed needed replacement. Why? they had " scrapped it already"Because either they never replaced them, or they were just trying to get another Buck out of me And then there's the manager. He seemed great at first....... but...Oh boy. Confront him and he flies off the handle faster than a rusted lug nut. Claims he's "been working on cars for 27 years" -- maybe, but clearly not with any integrity or customer respect.
