A police officer stopped to check on us and wanted to know if we needed any recommendations on where to to get a new tire? He told us the next exit would have 4 places for us to choose from. So I jumped on Yelp and found Jennings Tire Center. By the time we got there is was 4:05 pm and they closed at 5pm. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful. Even as I was stressed to the max and about to have a heart attack because of the detour and car repairs needed. The to add to my stress when I went to pay my card was declined. Seriously this was starting to be the road trip to hell. Thankfully the woman behind the counter explained to me that because I wasn't from the state or that are the blank put a temporary hold on my account all I had to do was call and they would lift it. This staff was so sweet and kind. Here I am freaking out and the woman behind the counter was so kind, calm and attentive. We were able to leave by 445pm and be back on the road and my checking account was ok again! Thank you to the STAFF here you are all WONDERFUL

It's interesting reading the other reviews of Jennings Tire Center because this was not the same experience I had. Looks like Brian and his family(review down below) got great service. On June 10th I'm headed west for vaca and get a flat. I am out of town, hours from home, female alone with a flat tire near closing time. Can you feel the panic you would have or maybe for your mother, sister, daughter, friend. I entered the center at 440pm- I know this by a panic of texts to family to help me find the nearest town and tire place. My tire slowly losing air maintaining if I don't stop. I go in and two females are inside, one young and the other older. I was told they did NOT HAVE TIME to help. There was no one in the parking lot or inside. I recall one vehicle in the shop area and people standing around it. They couldn't have even looked at it? I dunno, I was devastated in that moment and knew I needed to hurry and find another place. I ended up a block away at H & H Tire & Kwik Lube. ALL OF THIS TO SAY, SKIP THIS PLACE. THEY CLOSE AT 440PM. Tuesday night I was traveling southbound on i49. When I heard something weird. A second later my…read moretire pressure indicator came on. The next I heard it and felt it blow. Cruise control off. Emergency flashers on. Slowed down from 70. To 60 then 50. Tap the brake don't freak. It's ok. Hold on. Tap the brake again. Ease off the road. Keep it on the shoulder. Slow down. Slow down. Ok. Stopped. Put it in park. Breath. Dep Brest. Call 911. HELPPPPP!!!!!!! Body shaking. Fear rising. Louisiana states finest. On its way. Tire tool wrong size. Can't change the tire. Tow truck on way. Still shaking. Towed to the nastiest motel the baymont in Lafayette. Homeless haven. Check in. That was my night. The next morning. I called the hero's. Sweet man didn't mind my Cali gen at 7 am. Said they would get some one out with in the hour. And they did. The sweetest cutest young man by the name of Chance came to my rescue. He was up and under my truck seeing if he could get the spare down No such luck. But he brought me a tire. And watching him work with such professionalism and speed. Reminded me of my dad. Who weed tires. His hands were the hands of a hard working man. His entire deamor and manner was charm polite kind and empathetic. He gave me his card and said if I ever needed help no matter the time or day. To call. They would come to me. No matter where I was in the area. I felt as if I was finally safe and it reminded me of the service calls I used to go out on with my dad. And as a 60 year old female. That memory was worth the wait. Thank you. So much Chance for coming to the rescue of this old woman.
