Have an old Ford Ranger with 14-inch tires. Had been sitting so tires were low. Filled them up but one kept losing air. Stopped in at Tire Rama to see about buying a new tire for spare and also changing the aluminum rims for steel ones that I had. The guy I worked with was great! Had another guy pull it into the shop and he found a nail in the tire that was losing air. The guy in the front told me my tires were good and if it was him, he wouldn't buy a tire to use as a spare. And then they didn't even charge me for the tire repair. I was so surprised and grateful. I went in there ready to buy 3 new tires and was told I didn't need them yet. And what a bonus to have the one repaired at no cost. Highly recommend this shop! read more

BE AWARE! While driving home after getting 4 "excellent, quiet tires", the vibration was so bad, we visited our local Costco, where they told us that the tires were way out of balance. A call to the manager was basically dusted off. Very poor service and follow-up. read more

I had a flat tire today, and I took it to tire Rama and the service was exceptional!!! Sheldon handled a room full of customers with such efficiency and I was so happy for the service with the holiday weekend upon us. I'm not sure of the name of the man who fixed my tire, but he was a nice man and did a great job as well. When I went to pay Sheldon he told me I was all set and thanked me for my patience!!! This act of kindness brought tears to my eyes and made me want to pay it forward somehow. I just moved into to town last week and the community here is astoundingly kind and helpful. I had a great experience here with Trent and another fellow, however, I didn't get his name. I believe they were the managers of the shop. I got four new trailer tires and they did a tire swap as well. I brought my trailer to the store and they unmounted and mounted the tires. Overall, mechanics, technicians, and managerial staff were friendly. I would recommend you check out this tire shop for your needs in the future. read more

As we waited for an oil change, I witnessed one of the employees (Sheldon?) making negative faces and gestures toward one of the other employees, who happened to be an older gentleman. As a senior, I found this behavior disgusting and totally unprofessional. Soon after, I brought my car to another tire shop in East Havre, whose employees proved respectful, not only to other employees, but to customers, also. As well, their waiting room was vastly better than Tire Rama's. read more

If I could give them no stars I would. I called ahead of time because I wanted to ensure there was enough time to fix my issue and was informed that I did not need an appointment and my type of service I could walk in. When I walked in the next day I was told I should have scheduled an appointment ahead of time because there was no mechanic in that day. I was talked down to and it was abundantly obvious it was because I was a woman. Then I proceeded to ask even without a mechanic can u have someone just look to make sure my issue was actually the issue and I'll schedule an appointment for another day. He (Sheldon) said no, they are unable to look at it without a mechanic. He then tries to make me just get my tires balanced to see if that fixes the problem. I said I will get them balanced but I would also like to schedule an appointment. He said no wait to schedule an appointment. I said please sir I would like an appointment. He ignored me. I asked again can I please make an appointment he then huffed rolled his eyes and angrily made me an appointment, then as a form of retaliation from being challenged by a woman it took them one and a half hours to balance my tires. After I get my issue fixed I will not be returning to tire-Rama ever again. Poor service served with a side of misogyny. read more

I bought two Cooper tires from Tire A Rama on July 18, 2018. They weren't very friendly to begin with but I really didn't care about that except when I left there and went to have my oil changed ... They said my tire was on backwards ....the wrong side was on the outside and they were tracking tires so they had to be put on right. I went back to Tire A Rama ...To tell them that they had to put my tire on right and I was angry justifiably so I think,...seems to me that if you are in a tire business you at least know how to put a tire on the right ....so when I told him that It was not on right ....first of all he doubted what I was saying he said it wasn't that type of tire ....I said it was because that's what I was told and it said that on the tire, he went to the driver side and says well this is right ,in kind of snorky voice so I said look on the other side,in a snorkier tone in my voice That's when he discovered that I was in fact absolutely right so He calls another desk guy and they are secretively talking and In fact it did say this side to the inside and big letters on the tire. Never said ...you know we are sorry for the inconvenience, sorry that happened, sometimes mistakes happen and but said nothing ...but the young man that brought me my car was the only one to say that he was sorry for the inconvenience. The desk people should be demoted to the back room and that young man with the personality should be put on the front desk. Now I'm not even sure that my Lug-nuts are tight and I will have my nephew check it .. I just lost all confidence in Tire A Rama..If that was my customer ...I would have apologized and offered them a free service for their trouble...that's how you defuse that kind situation... read more

We were shopping around for someone to put snow tires on our jeep and got pretty discouraged when Wal-Mart wanted 90$ for it! Finally called tire rama and they did it for 70$. My husband was in and out of there fast. Great service. read more
