Moreover, they are absolutely pleasant to meet, each and every time I pick up my clothes. I've had broken buttons and issues in the past, but 1. who the heck actually analyzes their clothes with a fine-toothed comb before dropping it off at the cleaners (I realized that most of these issues most likely came out of my own ignorance) and 2. they always fairly resolved anything in question. I work in tech and understand that places like Yelp is the perfect breeding ground to complain. But if you're going to complain, you should tell the ENTIRE story. This couple, from what I was told, has owned and managed cleaners for over three decades. I have to imagine, that's a lot of blue collar BS that they probably had to take from a sea of unreasonable people with a feast of first world problems. These owners have obviously worked hard their entire lives. They understand quality service and provide exceptional customer service. But I'm sure, like any of us, patience becomes a limited resource when you're treated like a door mat.

They were very respectful of our belongings, worked carefully around our cat, and were incredibly kind and patient with our very curious three-year-old who kept checking in on what they were doing. One of the nicest touches was how they organized her bed, arranging all of her stuffed animals in a playful, fun way that absolutely made her day. Those little personal details really stood out.
