I love that they have online appointment setting (but you can also call as well). It is a small salon, so you need to book in advance rather than trying to walk in or get same day appointments. The nail area is small, but clean and beautifully decorated. There are two pedicure stations and two nail stations. The pedicures don't have those massaging chairs you see at mall salons but they don't need them. The great experience and service you receive more than makes up for a silly addition like that. There is a large variety of color options (including many with sparkle and some of the newest releases from OPI). One thing to note is that the nail salon is up a flight of stairs. I had an ultimate moisturizing pedicure with Erica. She was friendly and courteous but not overly chatty. The pedicure was extremely relaxing and she took time with each step. My feet were in pretty rough shape since it had been several months since my last pedicure and she made them look and feel fabulous. I think we were greeted by like three different people. Someone brought a book of nail polish colors and designs for my kiddo to look at while she was waiting. Tom took his time and did a really good job. Kiddo is beyond pleased with her nails. The only thing you really need to know before going is to take cash with you. You can use a debit or credit card to pay for your nails, but you can't leave a tip with it. You have to pay the tip in cash (which I never carry on me). They have an ATM machine at the back of the room, so luckily, I didn't have to go out to one then come back. But it charges $2.50. But now I know. And if you've read my review, you know, too. We will definitely go back here. Oh, I forgot to add that they ask for your birthday. While I was sitting & waiting for the kiddo to get done, someone came in and signed in. She basically soaked my feet in water and put nail polish on. She does not know how to cut curling hair or maybe hair at all. I told her I part my hair on one side but cut it as though I part it in the middle so I ended up with a shelf of short hair on one side and the length in the back was cut into a "V". It was a big waste of money.
