These guys are fantastic, I can't believe it's taken me this long to write a review. We had a pipe leak in a bathroom wall which caused all kinds of damage to our floors, walls, and crawl space. We contacted Chaz and Jeannette after both the contractor and flood mitigation companies recommended by our insurance company dropped the ball. Titaan came in and fixed the mess left by those companies and the pipe leak. They refloored our entire bottom level, remodeled the bathroom, had custom stair treads made, and stayed in touch with our insurance company. Most importantly, they finished the job before our Christmas Eve party. I almost wish we could have another pipe leak so we could have them back to remodel another bathroom. Seriously, they do great work. At the very least, call them out for an estimate. They have excellent communication as well, we knew what was happening at every phase of the project. read more

This review is LONG overdue (better late than never!) but we still wanted to make sure that that we wrote this review to let everyone know our awesome experience with Chaz and Jeanette! Our home experienced a major leak in our main shower which then led to the guest bathroom and the bathroom below. We were panicked and searched for contractors immediately. We took our time getting multiple quotes but felt that Chaz and Jeanette were the best match for us. We immediately felt comfortable with them and felt they really listened to what we needed/wanted. The communication was awesome and they always kept us up to date about things or when they would be arriving. They always arrived first thing in the morning, unless otherwise stated. This was our first "remodel" and felt that they really helped us through the entire process and didn't make us feel "dumb" in any sort of way. Jeanette even helped us with the design aspect and gave her opinion when we asked for help. I am an extremely picky person when it comes to designing my home and they were so SO patient with us and just kept telling us that they wanted what we wanted. We highly recommend them and can't say enough positive things about them! They even worked extra to help us complete our project before Thanksgiving because they knew we were hosting a ton of people. That right there proves how much they care about their customers. They are super trustworthy and we felt 100% comfortable with them at the house when we were unable to be or even on vacation. They also got to know our dogs and I thought that was a special touch. We even got a little video at the end of our project to show us what it was like before and the finished product! I had them come out to my house so I could get an estimate on the repairs. This was going through my insurance but they did not need to know how much my insurance approved just to give me an estimate. The guy was very rude because I wouldn't tell him. They left and I never heard from them again. This proves to me that all they care about it the money. All I wanted was an estimate. They didn't need to know the amount from my insurance company to give me an estimate. read more

Chaz and his team have done both large and small projects for us. They are knowledgeable and their work is quality craftsmanship. They are also just genuinely nice folks, who even came to my rescue when I locked myself out of the house. Their bids are reasonable and I will use them for future projects. read more

We used Yelp to get about 5 different bids on our home flooring project. Chaz and Jeanette were by far the friendliest and seemed the most knowledgeable out of all the contractors and flooring companies. They did not even have the cheapest bid, but I knew I was going to get exactly what I wanted. I read reviews on other companies about the base boards being chipped and dented after the flooring installation, leaving the customers unimpressed. Chaz and Jeanette made sure to provide as much service as I wanted, which was great because I did not want to deal with repainting the base boards. Also, I asked way too many questions about the project but they never got frustrated with me and always made sure I was on the same page as them. They were always on time and communicated how long the project was suppose to take, which was important for us because we needed to coordinate boarding for our animals. Overall, the end result is beautiful and I will certainly be contacting them for any jobs in the future. I completely recommend Titaan for any home construction projects! read more

We could not be happier with the work of TITAAN General Contractors for our home remodel. They removed a bearing wall, replaced flooring and cupboards, restored trim, and installed granite counter tops. This team worked with us to find paint, hard woods, carpet, granite, cupboards and sink that fit with our style and budget. They completed a massive overhaul in just 3 weeks.
