I was stunned and it took me a while to take it all in, Dakota helped me out and was an absolute pleasure. I will say that while waiting to speak with him I watched him interact with other guests and I could tell he enjoys what he is doing and that was lovely to witness the interactions, his honesty and truth when it came to suggestions and attitude all together. They will look at your cards if you're interested in selling also, so if anyone is up for that you can buy, sell, and play here! Or just show up and hang out, they are typically open late into the night for us night owls.

The owner was very kind and welcoming and made us feel at home from the moment we walked in. He had a nice selection of wax and Topps apparel, but his selection of PSA graded cards was off the chart! I had never seen so many for sale in one store! I settled on a PSA 10 Junior Caminero auto RC and was extremely happy with the price. I made a point to call the shop owner when we returned to North Carolina and tell him just how special his shop is, and he was equally as kind and appreciative as he was the day we were there. I gladly recommend this shop and the owner to any collector, whether they're new to the game or a seasoned veteran. I am extremely grateful for the time that I spent there in his shop.

They responded via email incredibly quickly, were able to receive photos for more details and gave me a quote that they stuck to. A team of two came to our place that same week, re-roped the flagpole efficiently and provided enough clips (appropriately spaced) for us to get three flags waving in the breeze! Since it went faster than I expected, the price for the amount of time needed to do the work seemed a bit high, but I have not dealt with anything flagpole related before to have any other costs to compare it to. Regardless, this team knows their stuff and provided excellent, efficient service!

Found what I was looking for, grabbed it, and headed to the checkout line. No one in line. The employees were still holding the conversation and waited to finish it before calling me up so I could check out. Okay, rude. Then, when i am checking out, the cashier was not pleasant at all, made no attempt to ask if i found everything i was looking for or to even say hello. I swiped my card and left. No thank you for shopping here or have a nice day. I am so grateful that a) i have a great customer service bone and would never treat someone like this and b) that i do not live in this area and have to consider this location my local Michael. Without exaggeration we have had 23 pictures framed and love each and every one of them. On my last visit to have framework done I mentioned that we had to put our beloved dog down as he was suffering from cancer, when I returned to pick up my frame job, there was a card from "your Michaels family" this touched our hearts more than they know, and just solidifies why we choose to come to this store consistently. Josh, Zain and Acker were extremely helpful in scaling back what we thought we needed (we were a bit overzealous). There is an impressive selection of board games for sale. They even have large tables and comfy chairs available if you'd like to try out the game before you buy it. Who does that? Everyone is so nice and helpful. You can easily spend an entire day there.
