Big store with tons of selections…read more I was nervous from pictures that this would be all comic books. I was a little relieved when we pulled up and there was a sign that included toys. We were here on a very specific mission, one son was looking for ghostbusters toys and the other was looking for pokemon cards. One of the employees told us that they get the most calls from people looking for pokemon cards. So I don't bury the lead, they don't have just packs of pokemon cards, but they do have a set that includes multiple packs for $60. We ended up getting that for my older son and I've been giving him a pack every couple of days. I was little nervous about our mission to find ghostbuster stuff. There were tons of star wars stuff and a lot of funko figurines. We did find ghostbuster funko figures, but that wasn't really what we were looking for. Eventually after walking around a bit, we did find three small ghostbuster items. I think they're meant to be kept on a desk, but my son has been playing with them like they're toys. I haven't seen ghostbusters so I'm not going to describe this well, but they are items to track and then trap ghosts. He was ecstatic that we found them, so mission accomplished. If you're looking for comic books then this is heaven. If you're looking for specific toys, it may be hit or miss, but for us it was a hit. This is definitely a place worth checking out.

Not a great first experience, I don't recommend this card shop to anyone, that is newer or looking for the players to help at all. They have permanently lost a customer and anyone who asks me about them will be informed of my experience with the store owner! I walked in feeling good today! Pleasant hello as I walked in the door. I walked to the back and asked if they had any sealed Pokemon ETB or booster boxes. The gentleman behind the counter was nice and said they were out but then pointed to a shelf being stocked at that moment by an older lady, who I have since been informed is the owner. I walked up and said as humbly as I possibly could: "Sorry to bother you ma'am, but could you tell me the pricing on the items you're stocking?" She immediately snarked at me: "If you'll just give me 5mins, I'll be done and the prices are 'obviously' marked!!" Well, I hadn't noticed the prices on the items initially, so I guess asking a question at all was my first offense! And then not noticing the "OBVIOUS" price label was my second! But it didn't end there! Shortly after, her phone rang, and I thought to myself - Well now that I see the pricing, while she's taking a call, I'll just grab a couple off the shelf. So, I simply said: "I'm just gonna' grab a couple of these." At that point she turned and started yelling at me in front of all of the other customers in the store! It was mean, hateful and embarrassing! I've been to many stores where the person stocking was the most helpful person in the store! They simply asked, "How many can I get you?" But I didn't argue, I just walked away as she continued to yell at me, and unfortunately I will never be back! To the owner - What a horrible example you're setting for the rest of your employees! To treat a customer like that in front of the whole store is not just affecting that one customer but other future business from word of mouth! And thereby affecting the income that comes through your door to pay your employees! Your employees are kind and considerate! How long will that last with an owner who's so rude and careless with her patrons? I'll go down the street and take my business to any other shop from now on. So unfortunate! EDIT: As you can see below, the owners response is to take no accountability at all and make a lot of assumptions! As I said, she was snarky from the first question asked. And she did yell at me! The Costco remark - not even remotely how she was approached! My first comment was "Sorry to bother you, ma'am, but could you tell me the pricing on the items you're stocking." But now she's simply going to lie about it??? Okay! I'm new to this whole card collecting community! Had no idea it was such bad form to walk up and ask a question. I don't typically leave bad reviews! Even if it's warranted. But you were hateful and aggressive! "The Worker" you're referring to is the "owner!" "All the other customers patiently waiting?" The only line was at the counter waiting to speak with the gentlemen behind the counter! You weren't even there stocking when I first walked in! So there was no line! I had only been there a few minutes! Be nice!! Stop trying to gaslight and pass off blame to the customer! You were rude from the very first engagement! And what was I "corrected" about? Wow! Even now your response is to convolute and twist the facts. What a shame!

I've lived in a few places and been to a lot of card shops. This is bar none my favorite card shop…read more When I come here it feels the way every hobby shop should feel. Warm, inviting, and an escape from the regular day to day stuff. The owners are more friends with everyone that comes in than any other duo I've met. In one visit I've seen a parent and child ripping together, people playing/sorting magic cards and someone who isn't even buying just shooting the breeze and talking sports with one of the owners. In a time when people are treating hobbies like a get rich quick scheme it's nice to come somewhere where people are still just doing something for the love of the product. If I could give 100 stars I would.

The products are appropriately priced unlike some other LCS's and the fact that they are a top certified dealer where you can engage with the buyback options is the cherry on top. This is only one out of two local card shops that I frequent because they aren't all about the money like the baseball card clubhouse with its greedy owner and that stupid dog over there that wants to eat you every time you step through the door.
