The store was empty, a mess, and the employees were standing around the checkout counter, just having a personal conversation about life. I did spend too much time in the store. Found what I was looking for, grabbed it, and headed to the checkout line. No one in line. The employees were still holding the conversation and waited to finish it before calling me up so I could check out. Okay, rude. Then, when i am checking out, the cashier was not pleasant at all, made no attempt to ask if i found everything i was looking for or to even say hello. I swiped my card and left. No thank you for shopping here or have a nice day. I am so grateful that a) i have a great customer service bone and would never treat someone like this and b) that i do not live in this area and have to consider this location my local Michael. I guess it is hard to find good people that actually want to work and be friendly to the people that shop in your store, hence allowing you to have your job.

They responded via email incredibly quickly, were able to receive photos for more details and gave me a quote that they stuck to. A team of two came to our place that same week, re-roped the flagpole efficiently and provided enough clips (appropriately spaced) for us to get three flags waving in the breeze! Since it went faster than I expected, the price for the amount of time needed to do the work seemed a bit high, but I have not dealt with anything flagpole related before to have any other costs to compare it to. Regardless, this team knows their stuff and provided excellent, efficient service!

I also inquired about solar lights that screwed on top, he told me in the past he had bad experiences with them, but would check on prices for me since I have one already on my American Flag and I haven't had an issue. It'll be my choice if I want him to order it for me once he gets the price. It's a very clean place, they have College flags, holiday flags and Commercial Flags. A very nice friendly place.

The owner was very kind and welcoming and made us feel at home from the moment we walked in. He had a nice selection of wax and Topps apparel, but his selection of PSA graded cards was off the chart! I had never seen so many for sale in one store! I settled on a PSA 10 Junior Caminero auto RC and was extremely happy with the price. I made a point to call the shop owner when we returned to North Carolina and tell him just how special his shop is, and he was equally as kind and appreciative as he was the day we were there. I gladly recommend this shop and the owner to any collector, whether they're new to the game or a seasoned veteran. I am extremely grateful for the time that I spent there in his shop.

Big store with tons of selections…read more I was nervous from pictures that this would be all comic books. I was a little relieved when we pulled up and there was a sign that included toys. We were here on a very specific mission, one son was looking for ghostbusters toys and the other was looking for pokemon cards. One of the employees told us that they get the most calls from people looking for pokemon cards. So I don't bury the lead, they don't have just packs of pokemon cards, but they do have a set that includes multiple packs for $60. We ended up getting that for my older son and I've been giving him a pack every couple of days. I was little nervous about our mission to find ghostbuster stuff. There were tons of star wars stuff and a lot of funko figurines. We did find ghostbuster funko figures, but that wasn't really what we were looking for. Eventually after walking around a bit, we did find three small ghostbuster items. I think they're meant to be kept on a desk, but my son has been playing with them like they're toys. I haven't seen ghostbusters so I'm not going to describe this well, but they are items to track and then trap ghosts. He was ecstatic that we found them, so mission accomplished. If you're looking for comic books then this is heaven. If you're looking for specific toys, it may be hit or miss, but for us it was a hit. This is definitely a place worth checking out.
