Brandy in service told me repeatedly that the work had to be done by the factory and she couldnt get them to respond to her. They stopped responding to voicemails or emails so I filed a complaint with the OIG. Then the e-mail Brandy sent to the factory indicated that was her first contact with them about the issue. When the factory finally reached out to schedule repairs for the punch list, they said they could not do the work to bring the home to par with what I was actually sold. That was the dealership's responsibility. So now i suppose my next step is to get an attorney. Fraud at its best! Bait and switch.
