I would give them a zero but not an option. The North Platte Titan is unscrupulous. WARNING! They sold us a lemon and reneged on promises. We spent over $50,000 on repairs on a used wheel loader after less than 50 hrs of use. How dare they take advantage of a hard working small farmer. They are a large corporation who should stand behind their equipment!! I asked them if they make a habit of selling junk and they said "no", so why then are they refusing to pay for any of the bill? Spread the word that they lie about used equipment as they stated it was in good working order. Do not trust them. They accused us of doing something to it when in fact, it died as soon as we drove it out of the driveway after it was delivered!
