They do not just focus on one body part but can also check areas that might need some help. The doctor was very nice and professional. She does a good job in helping the patient relieve the pain. The therapy does not only occur within the clinic but they also encourage some home exercises that are easy to do and very effective. You can really see how well they treat their patients. They treat everyone like family but also in a very professional manner. The clinic is very generous and at times share their blessings like giving food and snacks on special occasions/ holidays. Came at 11:30…read moreon a Tuesday afternoon, no one else in the waiting room, although there were other people inside the rehab/exercise room when I got inside. Quiet, calm. Very helpful and friendly receptionist. Didn't have to wait long either, at most 5-10 minutes. Not sure if this was a fluke or a consistent thing -- it would be nice to see someone who does not overbook and make everyone wait hours to be seen. The doctor herself was very sweet and personable, and she took the time to talk to you, ask questions about your lifestyle, problems areas, etc. She was someone easy to talk to, because you don't feel as if she is judging you but rather sympathizes and empathizes while offering some suggestions. My treatment came with a massage, and then one exercise/stretch to alleviate my sciatic pain. The massage was amazing -- the exact spot all my pain was centered around. She got in deep, using hard pressure. Felt amazing. Didn't last too long though. Most of the time was spent heating up the area/loosening the muscle, and then the massage, and working on some alternating leg lifts to strengthen my core, and a stretch to pull on the sciatic nerve. I'm not sure what I was expecting, but I don't feel very confident that this will fix my issue. I do plan on coming back, but maybe not as frequently as suggested (2-3 times per week). Less than an hour, 10-15 min massage, and being watched as I do stretches....I rather spend my $20 co-pay on a hearty meal. I think this would work best for me in conjunction with a different core building workout as opposed to my sole treatment. One issue was how cramped all the treatment beds were. Beds were side by side, and hidden by a thin sheet curtain. The problem was that every time I moved, or when I was climbing a top the bed, I would get knocked and bumped by the other nurse there. It's not her fault, since everything was so tight, but it took away from the experience.

I deal with neck pain that would sometimes force out of bed at 3am and I would have to sleep sitting up to make the pain go away. Ever since I started coming to this facility, I have not had that problem any more. I am currently still rehabilitating my neck but the progress has been excellent! I can sleep until it's time to go to work. That's something I won't take for granted anymore. The staff are brilliant and fantastic! Rose and Ziba work at the front desk and are sincere, sweet and extremely helpful. They make sure you're informed of everything you need to know and are on top of your appointments. Rose also steps in to help you with exercises when needed. Very knowledgeable and reliable. Venki, is the PT. He does an excellent job communicating in the sense of seeing where you are. He'll always ask if you feel okay from stretches to make sure there is no discomfort. I really like that we have conversations on the possible triggers of the neck pain and always proposes solutions. Dr. Andrew, provides the chiropractic care of the therapy. Filled with personality. Makes you laugh while giving me major insight into my injury. Never rushes you, encourages questions and makes sure you leave satisfied. I enjoy the fact that he helps me to understand my condition better than the other doctors I have been with. He educates me on that. I truly appreciate that! Finally, Glenn works with me on training. He gives me exercises to make my neck and the muscles around my neck stronger. Very insightful and knowledgeable. He explains the purpose of the exercises while pointing out what each muscle group does while I perform them. If I have difficulty understanding something, he'll explain it to me in a different way. Overall, I find the entire staff to be compassionate, attentive, professional, intelligent and committed!
