This is my third time going back to Hands of Hope physical Therapy and Wellness at Whitestone location. I have come here for both shoulders, then neck, and now knees. The staff work together as a team and the care is seamless. I especially appreciate and value the care from Jackie, the bestest physical therapist! She has seen me for all three occasions. Jackie is friendly, knowledgeable, and explains what's causing pain and how PT will decrease pain, strengthen the muscle, and increase mobility. The continuity of care is a game changer. I trust Jackie and know that in time, with hard work, my knees will get stronger, just as my shoulders and neck have gotten stronger. Office managers have changed a few times, but they have all provided timely, informative, and competent service. They now have extended hours compared to my last visit, which I appreciate. And this location is now accessible for patients with different mobility. They have replaced stairs leading to office with a ramp, which is excellent accommodation for the patients!

(I truly feel your experience with any provider, auto, painter, plumber, has more to do with the specific provider of service, than the company or owner). To date, I have religiously attended twice weekly sessions for about 8 weeks, with at least that amount of time to go prior to termination. My experience this time has been superb! My therapist has consistently, expertly and sensitively worked with me so as to improve my level of post surgical functioning. I am more than pleased with the help I have received. The…read morefacility may not have the most new and modern equipment but they do have plenty of equipment which are clean and well maintained. Like I mentioned earlier this place is clean! I see the staff wiping and disinfecting the equipment after use. The staff in the check in area are friendly and scheduling future appointments were a breeze. There is free wifi available too. My son has the pleasure of working with Christopher. The Dr. requires quad strengthing and range of motion exercises and Christopher ran him through the paces, he also gave him online exercises to accomplish at home. I can see Christopher cares about his clients well being and just doesn't go through the motions. There is a private parking lot in the rear which is a plus. Due to Covid restrictions you must mask up before entering the facility and have your temperature checked before entering the workout area. This place gets busy so book early for future appointments. Major insurances are accepted. I highly recommend this PT facility as you are guaranteed to receive quality treatment without compromise.
