I asked movers if they hook up washers and dryers and they said yes and did it. A few days later, we use the washing machine and our basement flooded because they did not put the hose on correctly cause a huge loss. They left a gash in our dry wall that we were going to let go and just repair. When I called, Bryan said the workers should not be doing that. How do movers not know this?? I highly recommend not using these guys. It's been a mess and I hope no one has to go through this. It's already stressful enough moving. Update: Bryan helped pay for damages caused and that really helped us. He didn't have to but chose to. We really appreciate his integrity. Outside of the incident (which we learned a valuable lesson from) they were on time, worked hard and did a great job. read more

Needed apt packed and furniture moved to new house! Had a quote for the packing after taking a video and submitting them to Titan! They quoted 140 dollars and hour with a two man crew! Our apt in the same complex was in moved I a fire along with 8 other apts! They relocated us to another apt within the complex. We had mice after that but around 8 weeks ago after various peat companies coming spit and us using glue traps haven't seen any. The movers came and first they were overwelmed with the packing and dI'd maybe 10 boxes and informed us that we should pack. To make a long story short the management at this company is not honest when we told them we would get our own u hail and move the rest they came up with hidden charges such as truck charge and charges that were never discussed. Either way they took a 1000 dollars for a job they did not compete! They started on with their people could die from ice graves and etc... The owners are not honest people but the folks doing the moving were aplus ! read more

We've moved three times in the last two years and this was the worst experience - we had better luck finding a random crew of guys off Craigslist to unload a U-Haul. We were quoted for four guys for six hours. They showed up an hour late with only three (they did call me the morning of to say one guy called out sick). Not even 30 minutes in one of the guys left for two hours for an eye appointment and when he came back he didn't do any work; he just hung out by the truck making phone calls and eventually they sent him home. Since we only had two guys instead of a four man crew our move time went from 9a-3p to 10a-midnight. They still charged us for a 9am arrival and for the two hours the one guy disappeared. They also charged us the disposal fee for all the tape and wrapping that they left in our garage. I don't know if our stuff was intentionally taken either, but one of the guys was telling us about his dog breeding business and we had a brand new 60-lb bag of expensive specialty dog food go missing. A lot of our stuff was also severely scratched up and damaged. When I called to tell them about our experience I was told the general manager would call me and that it was unacceptable. I never did get a phone call, but they sent me a refund for the disposal fee and only one hour of labor for one guy. We spent several hundred more than the initial quote plus ended up with an EXTREMELY long day due to their incompetence. read more

Almost Killed My Dog You could use Titan Moving or you could choose a company who actually values your business and understands the responsibilities associated with entering your HOME. During our move, Titan Moving took liberties at our arrival location that allowed one of our dogs to escape, and subsequently get seriously injured. The onsite supervisor wasn't mature enough to handle the situation. He allowed his guys to continue chasing my dog and across a major highway, even after I begged them not to because they were scaring him. They even charged me for the time they spent chasing my dog, which was more than two hours for two movers. After five hours of searching, we returned home with a severely injured dog to see they had left items that belong inside our home in the garage, not even completing their assignment. The reason? They had spent too much time trying to "help" me. My phone calls with the owner were heavy with excuses and condescension. After saying he would come by my home to discuss the issue, he never showed. Which perfectly sums up their business ethics in one swoop. So if you use Titan Moving I hope you don't have children or pets. read more

6/7/2001 To whom it may concern I made a reservation to move last Saturday 6/5/2021. I requested the 3 man team to show up at my apartment at 9am. No one showed up until 10:00 am even though they said they were the at 9:30am? No one knocked on my door til 10, and I was not aware that I would be charged time for when their truck left the office. Besides that only 2 guys showed up and 1 of them left after moving some stuff for a couple of hours. I guess he left because he was yelling and cussing at someone on the phone and seemed very upset, not sure if he was talking to a company employee or personal friend. Then that left me with 1 guy to move my stuff, which in turn meant nothing was getting loaded until the other guy showed up in about 1 1/2 hours. I was having stuff moved from my 2 bedroom apartment which was not a lot of items. I had approximately 25 boxes, 2 beds, 2 dressers, 1 stove, washer and dryer, couch, coffee table, and entertainment center. It took 8 hours to get this stuff moved. I've had several moving companies over the years and it shouldn't take near 8 hours to move this amount of stuff. I was also told they would take apart the beds and put them back together and such. They took them apart but they suggested I put them back together at my house in order to save time and cost. Well that didn't really matter as they left the hardware for my bed and 1 of the washing machine hoses at my apartment which is 30 minutes approximately from my house. So needless to say I had to spend an hour just to go back to get those items so I could sleep and do laundry that night. The gentleman showed up were nice and courteous, however I am very unhappy with the entire process and job that was done. I appreciate the gentleman working with me on the price but I still think for what I had to move I was still overcharged. No one called me and told me there were only going to be 2 movers versus the 3 I had requested. I was being charged hourly when there was nothing getting done while we waited for more help to arrive. Needless to say I probably wont be recommending these services to my friends and acquaintances. Never got a response from Titan Moving. read more

I had an appointment for a quote at 4 pm. By 5 pm no one had shown up I called to see if they were still coming. I was told I was not on the list and that it must have been a computer glitch. She said she would have the estimator out at 4 the next day. I gave her my phone, address and name again. I did not receive a phone call or anything and no one showed. I will not give them another chance. I have to give one star to post, they deserve no stars. read more

Cheapest price out of the 5 company's we called. Very responsive and knowledgeable. Covered everything in one flat fee. Other company's said if it took longer then the 4 hours they would charge more and it would be more for the few extra things in the garage. Titan did it all for the flat quote they gave us. Showed up on time. With 3 guys and a gal. Each one greeted us with a huge smile and a good morning! We really enjoyed getting to talk to them all as they took care of everything. We didnt have to lift anything. They got done 2 hours early and took very good care of our things. Not one scratch on anything. Not one single frustration or issue came up. Everything started off great, several of us from work were all moving and I was next on the list. Hired Titan moving on 2/21 from a recommendation as my multiple sclerosis has flared up and I needed the help. Hired a 4 man team and at first got a call very professional were getting ready to head that way, do you have extra TV's we can get boxes for? They arrived and moved everything asked out of the old house. Got to the new house and the problems started. Didn't put things where we asked in the right rooms, overly chatty for paid by hour, that's ok we can move them again. My brand new fridge we got was unloaded into the garage so I asked if they could help move it inside and my old fridge into the garage. First they took the old fridge out the front door, ripped the ice line of the back of the fridge no big deal as no ice needed in the garage. Then they took the doors off and I said we have a big sliding door in the back we can use, oh it will fit. My new fridge now has dents and scratches and my door seal is ripped up from them trying to push trying to push through the door. I tried to fire up my new little smoker they dropped it, and it won't work now even though it was just fine on the weekend before our move. The team was extremely apologetic but it's been over 8 months and still no resolution. Needless to say I didn't recommend to the next few folks moving after I did. Lady on the phone is super sweet! They really try and save you money by using blankets or whatever you have to load things into the trailer. $180 for 2 movers for minimum 2 hours, 50$ gas, $30 plastic wrap, $15 for ratchet. Moving guys were super nice and friendly. Would recommend again! read more

Think of all the things you wouldn't want a moving company to do, and these guys probably did it. First of all, called to confirm the time, then arrived an hour and a half early, and still charged even though we weren't ready to begin. Broken shelves, scratched table, torn leather couch. Left a big, black, smeared handprint on the wall. Dropped 2 separate boxes that of course were fragile, then acted like it didn't happen. Hung out the moving truck window to holler at a friend at a nearby gas station - had a full blown yelling conversation while at the light. And to top it off, the quoted price and actual charged price were $200 in difference, not in my favor. Just......the most unprofessional things I've ever seen. read more

My 78 yr old mother used this company in Oct. 2015 two months after her husband passed away suddenly. The owner Bryan Shields is quite the piece of work pretending to be all friendly, devout, supportive to a grieving stressed out elderly woman. No problem we will move no contract, no estimate. Movers were nice guys but broke several things and by end of day were in such a hurry it was a mess. Bryan Shields asked to be paid in the parking lot the next day I told him to give me an itemized bill first. He put her things in the storage unit and was supposed to leave the key never did, won't answer phone anymore and still no key. Total jerk stay away if you care for your loved one. read more
