I was making a "scrap book" of a significant trip that I took in honor of my grandfather (right before I found out that he was in hospice) so getting these photos was a big deal. I messed up my own deliverable and needed to edit it and send it back to them to print. I called and they made sure they would put my two separate orders in but package them together for me. Grace was very nice and understanding about this entire thing. I then kept bugging Jake and asked about selling gear (because my stuff is just sitting), so I picked up the prints and brought my DSLR. Jake had my prints ready, and Robert helped me with my camera and lenses I was trying to sell. All went smoothly and they were all so nice. Highly recommend!

I ordered prints on line last year, ship to store. I got notice my order was in. My husband went to…read morepick up the pictures, he was told they were not in. I went to the store myself and after 30 minutes of searching, they found them. The order was larger so they were in a different spot then they normally are. I understand mistakes happen, so even though it was frustrating and they should have a system to handle this I tried again. Two weeks ago I ordered photos. My confirmation email said they will be in by November 20 but do not come I would get a call or email when they arrived at the store. On the 25th i still have not gotten a call or email so I called the store. I was told photo doesn't come in until 9am, it was after 9. No one could help me, they suggested I call back later. I called again on the 26th I tried being transferred four times each time my call went unanswered. Then I finally asked to talk to a manager. She took my call to photo where the photo manager confirmed my pictures were in. He acknowledged there was a glitch were customers were not being called when photos came in, but they had nothing set up to handle the glitch. I told him great I'll be in on Wednesday. Well tonight I go up there and I have left without my pictures. I waited 10 minutes before any one even showed up in the department. They searched for another 15 minutes before some one else came to help. I asked them to call the photo manager, who had just left, because he saw my pictures - he had them. They said they dont have a way to reach him. This new rep looked for 1 minute before we were interrupted by another worker who started asking her questions about something entirely different. By this time I've spent entirely too long to try to get these photos. I'm happy I have not paid for them yet. I will just order through a different place. DO NOT USE THEM FOR PHOTO PRINTING!!!
