Everything went smoothly, all charges for rental, locks, insurance, and other policies were explained clearly and communication was prompt and polite by email and phone. Only downside is that if you live in Bristol without a car the location is a bit far outside of the Bristol city center (almost an hour via bus+walking), that being said Admiral's yard also have removal services to recommend to help those without transport

The site is secure, safe and has cctv through-out. The staff were friendly and even helped me unload my storage items.
