I wasn't sure what size storage unti I needed, so she asked what I would be storing. After I explained, she recommended a 10x20 unit, which turned out to be the perfect size. She even took the time to show me the unit, and it was very clean. On top of that, she sprayed the unit and placed pest-control cubes inside to help keep our belongings safe. That really impressed me because she didn't have to go out of her way to do that. When we went back to the office, she explained every detail of the introductory rate so there were no surprises. She even offered me a bottle of water and my grandpa a cup of coffee. She walked us through the gate access step by step, making everything easy to understand not just for me but for my grandpa as well. I'm so glad my grandpa decided to store his belongings here. Crisna truly knows how to take her of her customers and does everything she can to make her tenants happy. I highly recommend A Family Storage in Green Valley. Then when we went to look at what was taken they said to call insurance. We decided to end our lease and they still had the audacity to charge $83 to move out. I rented three units at this location and emptied out the last one two weeks ago. I sent the…read morepictures that they asked for and I never heard back from them. Called today because its the end of the month and that's when they told me that I needed to take a picture differently, which was a bit difficult because there was a downspout in front of the Number. The problem was not the request. It was the delivery of Judy. She refused to answer any of my questions, she refused to let me know what pictures I did send that were incorrect and everything just escalated from there. I would recommend that you to speak to Maria if you want to rent, Ina is the grounds keeper whom inspects and cleans out if needed when you begin your rent, she is absolutely fantastic and helpful!! Judy is horrible and rude and not nice AT ALL. Stay away from her.
